The customer is purchasing the tires form super tire shop on 08-23-and according to him (Mr*** ***) the problem occurred on oc15, That is about two month he drove the vehicle

Dear Sir, I read customer statement, with due respect I completely disagree with it. The fact is that this my friend came to my shop on 5/9/16 with flat tire because of one hole. We fixed his tire and charged him $7.00. This is our fix rate of fixing one hole. Then he came back after almost...

seven days with a new hole but his statement showing that he had that day two holes in his tire, it's really very surprising how could he drive seven days with one hole as he said we fix only one, the tire should be flat after approximately  twenty minutes same day but it didn't happen. When he came back after few days and said we didn't fix his tire then we show him the plug which we did on that day to fix hole and told him this is new hole but my dear friend is not ready to admit this is a new hole not the older one.If you have further any question, I would love to answer. [redacted]

Review: I came to this place a week from 5/16/16, I had 2 hole in my tire I asked them if they could patch the 2 holes they told me yes I get up to take my step son to school today and I get to his school and had a flat my girlfriend called her roadside assistance and when they came he told me that the people that did the patches on my car didn't do one right so I go back and they tried to tell me that it was a new hole and wanted more money I think I shouldn't have to pay again for they mistakesDesired Settlement: I would like my money back

Review: I took my truck to Super Tire Shop and bought 4 new tires. While installing the tire, one of the tire got damaged by the technician. After few weeks one of the side tire bulge started to appear. I took my truck back to Super Tire Shop and complained about the issue and they told me that its something I caused, and that they will not fix the tire. I had to pay for a new tire when it was not my fault to begin with. I would like Revdex.com to look into this and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.Desired Settlement: I would like Super Tire Shop to accept that they didn't do the job correctly and give my money back for the tire that I had to pay again for.
