Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/18) */ Response to case #XXXXXXXX A Saturday afternoon September 5, the customer came in to the tire shop asking for tires for her Cadillac EscaladeWe offered her some new tires but she said she did not have the money at that moment so we offered her used tires that were in good conditionsHowever, taking a look at her old tires, we notice that it had a tread war that even the wire of it were showing, which means that the vehicle needed wheel alignment, prior to us putting on our tiresWe let our customer know about the condition her vehicle had and that unfortunately we do not offer this type of serviceHowever, she was ok with us putting on the tires anywayShe was going to pay with her debit/credit card but we have been having issues with the atm machine that day and so had let her know her payment had to be cashShe left and returned with cash, so we proceeded to change her tiresAfter the job was done we provided her a receipt stating that she was purchasing used tires at $each and with no guarantee on them, she signed it in agreement (we will be faxing a copy of the receipt)On Monday she return saying that her vehicle was shaking and that she was concerned so we told her we were going to balance her tires at fee that we did not end up charging to keep our customer satisfied and because we thought of her financially issueWe ended up balancing her two front tiresWe apologize for any inconvenience the customer had with her vehicle but she already had her vehicle in pretty bad shape (not having it alignment done to her wheels) when she arrived at the shop

In January of 2018, two women came into the shop, Carmen Silva and [redacted] whom brought their set of rims and wanted to have them put on their vehicle, NissanWe took a looked at the rims and told her that those rims were not going to fit her Nissan because it was for a NissanShe wanted to have them put on anyway and we told her that it was going to be under her responsibilityHowever, a few days later she brought her car saying she had trouble with her rims and that they were damage so I tried to help her in spite of the warning I had given her, so I told her I will purchase her new rimsShe then came again with a receipt of new rims she had bought, and I told her that was not what was agreed but in order to solve this problem I paid half the amount of the new rims she had boughtI gave [redacted] an amount of $ cash and had her sign the receipt, Carmen Silva also sign the receiptI will attach the copy of the proof of this receipt, she was very upset that she did not take her copy of the receiptThank you

offered her used tires that were in good conditions. However, taking a look at her old tires, we notice that it had a tread war that even the wire of it were showing, which means that the vehicle needed wheel alignment, prior to us putting on our tires. We let our customer know about the condition her vehicle had and that unfortunately we do not offer this type of service. However, she was ok with us putting on the 4 tires anyway. She was going to pay with her debit/credit card but we have been having issues with the atm machine that day and so had let her know her payment had to be cash. She left and returned with cash, so we proceeded to change her 4 tires. After the job was done we provided her a receipt stating that she was purchasing 4 used tires at $20 each and with no guarantee on them, she signed it in agreement (we will be faxing a copy of the receipt). On Monday she return saying that her vehicle was shaking and that she was concerned so we told her we were going to balance her tires at fee that we did not end up charging to keep our customer satisfied and because we thought of her financially issue. We ended up balancing her two front tires. We apologize for any inconvenience the customer had with her vehicle but she already had her vehicle in pretty bad shape (not having it alignment done to her wheels) when she arrived at the shop.
