Albuquerque, NM 87109Response to letter received on: 4/9/16I was asked to bring in the part and the receiptI indicated to Binh, Edith, Raymond and Quan that I do not have a problem giving them the receipt but the part is never given to the customer, it needs to be returned to [redacted] for a replacement due to it being defectiveI never refused the receipt but the part was impossible to provide since it was returned to [redacted] by [redacted] Raymond and Edith both stated they would call me back once they speak with Binh to let him know I do not have the partI never received a call backRaymond and Edith stated they understand that I do not have the part.Super Tokyo has all pumps that they replaced so they should have returned those to [redacted] when they got the replacement, those again were never given to me as the customer.I had no choice but to take my car elsewhere since Super Tokyo would not honor their warrantyThey just kept telling me that I had to purchase a dealership power steering pump at $295.00, which did not make sense [redacted] was contacted on 3/11/and I explained to them the problems with the power steering pump and was told they would replace it, told them Super Tokyo had the receipt for itBinh had stated to me for me to call [redacted] when they installed the last pump and it continued to make noise and that is actually what I did [redacted] replaced the power steering pump when it got installed by [redacted] and I have not had any problems ever since it got replacedWhy would Super Tokyo need to inspect the pump isn't that ***'s responsibility? Super Tokyo should have inspected the power steering pumps they installed and they would of found the problem and this would have never taken placeThey kept stating that I need to purchase a dealership pump for more money.The part was returned to [redacted] by [redacted] since they did the workWhy would it be given to Super Toyko to return it? They did not fix the problem [redacted] had to return the part since it was replaced by ***.Power steering pump was not overhauled and was replaced by [redacted] as a re-manufactured oneAs far as rebuilt Super Tokyo purchased a re-manufactured pump it is not the originalI have a picture of the one Super Tokyo purchased where I took it back to them when it was cracked it states re-manufacturedThe replacement one that [redacted] installed is also a re-manufactured and not originalI do not understand why Binh is stating that the pump needs to be original and not rebuiltBinh states he did his best and all [redacted] needed was the pump he had the pump every time I took my car in but they stated they were losing money because they had to pull a technician to install it againAgain did not honor their warranty.I would like to be reimbursed the amount that I paid [redacted] Keep in mind [redacted] fixed my car after Super Tokyo refused to hone their warranty, I had to pay more money because Super Tokyo did not want to put another technician on my car because they were losing money and wanted me to purchase a more expensive pump when that was not the problemI did not want to pay more money but I did not have much of a choiceI needed to get my car fixed and this is the only option they left me with.? Ms [redacted] says it was replaced, ok We are requesting a copy of [redacted] invoice and also [redacted] hour labor rate because it takes hour to replace the pump and any Dealership will charge $per hour so why did the other shop charge to much to just replace it then? The invoice that she provided it also has a diagnose for lighting system problems that was done on that day, so we have to pay for that too?
