The product ordered by [redacted] had to be "made to order" which made it a special order and not returnable, the order was placed by [redacted]. It came in to us by UPS, we inspected it before we reshipped it to [redacted] and it had no...

damage at that time, it was packaged the same as it came in to us. XX-XX-XX [redacted] @ [redacted] called me said the rocker panel kit was bent/damaged, I recommended he contact UPS and asked him if he wanted to reorder it, he did not reorder it. XX-XX-XX UPS called and told us they refused the claim (they always do!) and brought the parts back to us because we were the shipper. I called [redacted] to see if [redacted] wanted us to get it reordered for him, [redacted] transferred me to [redacted] who told me she thought we should absorb the loss, but did not reorder the parts. I called [redacted] several more times attempting to contact [redacted]. I last called [redacted] 05-22-15, [redacted] had me hold for [redacted], then [redacted] came back on the phone and told me [redacted] told her to tell me the only thing that would make him happy was if we gave him back his money, period. He no longer wanted the product issue resolved.

The parts that were ordered were not useable. If we reordered the parts at our cost and they were not useable a second time there would be no recourse so [redacted] would be out $320.00 more dollars this makes no sense. If Super Trucks would have offered to reorder at Super Trucks cost we would have let them but for us to pre pay for a product that has no warranty would be stupid. [redacted] is un willing to stand behind the product he sells. I [redacted] feel the only solution is to refund our money [redacted] does have the returned product and we have nothing for the $320.00 we spent. Also I was not informed prior to pre paying for these parts that if they were damaged I would be responsible for the cost of this product. My customer was out there car for 3 weeks and finally asked us to remove all the rocker panels from the car. They were not happy that we were unable to get this issue resolved.

We did not damage these parts and we are not responsible for freight damage. I did ask [redacted] if they wanted me to call the manufacturer to see what they could do and how soon they could make up a replacement. Tom at [redacted] never let us know so nothing was done. We have no use for the parts, they were brought back here by UPS. If they are left here we will scrap them. Like I explained before, I called [redacted] several times to discuss this with Tom, finally Angela told me Tom wanted a refund, which was never an option.
