My husband and I would highly recommend Marshall Building & Remodeling We replaced the vinyl siding and added trimming to the windows and doors on our home We have received many compliments as to how nice our home looks We were impressed with Taylor, the supervisor, when he visited us before the work began to explain how the work would be done and he visited again after the work was completed to inspect the work We were very happy with the work Paul with his sons Eric and Matt did on the house Paul shows his pride in his work with his attention to detail We will call Marshall Building and Remodeling to replace our roof in the near future

We have had them do our roof multiple times and most recently the front half after wind damageThey were great and came on time, performed the work well and had to take days to finish due to inclement weather They made sure the roof was water tight and returned days later after multiple days of constant rain and finished the job to our great satisfactionThey were also great at cleaning up and making sure that all waste was cleaned and removedCouldn't ask for moreI will always depend on them for any of their work due to the quality and dependability of their projects Thanks as always

I just had Marshall Building and Remodeling side our home I cannot say enough about my experience with this company From start to finish they were professional, curteous, responsive and genuinely concerned that we were totally satisfied The workers were on-time, stayed on task and were fantastic about keeping a clean work site Did I mention that the quality of work is top notch and they completed the project in a day and a half? They truly exceeded my expectations and that is not an easy task! I will definitely use them for future projects and encourage anyone looking for a top notch team who does quality work to give them a call

We had all new windows installed at our house recentlyMarshalls is easy to deal with and extremely professionalScheduling was easy, and we loved the policy of no payment until the job is completeFor us, that involved them coming back out afterwards to address a couple of small issues, but they were prompt in responding and Jason was thorough and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to get doneOverall, a pretty good experience!

I had Marshall's strip and reshingle my roofRight from the beginning, our association was very pleasingThe sales representative was very knowledgeable and professionalThe job was completed as scheduled in one dayWhen the crew left, I walked around and found only two staples on the groundEverything was cleanA few days later, we had a heavy rain with no leaks at allI would happily recommend Marshal's to anybody as people to do business with

Review: My roommates and I used this company for a move on October **, 2014. At the time, the movers did not have receipts. We were promised one within a week, by [redacted]. We did not receive one, or any other communication from this company. My roommate called and asked for a receipt again on 12/**/14, and sent a follow up email with the details of the move to [redacted]. We again received no further communication. My roommate sent a follow up email to [redacted] on January *, 2015. Again, no further communication. We got an email on January **, 2015 from [redacted] stating that our request for a receipt was received, but he didn't know the amount to include in the invoice. This is despite the fact that my roommate sent all relevant details in the initial December email, not to mention that he should be aware of what services he was paid for. The relevant details were again forwarded. I called on 2/*/15 to inquire about the status of receiving an invoice and spoke with [redacted]. He stated that he had just sent some invoices out, but was not sure if ours was sent out. He also mentioned that he had several people who were requesting receipts, and that he did not have a system in place to efficiently provide receipts, but that "someone is coming in this weekend to help me with that stuff." He requested that we send yet another email. When I asked if this meant that he didn't have the initial email, he did not give a clear answer.Desired Settlement: I would like an invoice, on Super Van Man letterhead, detailing the amount that we paid, and what we paid for. Also, this company should be prepared to provide invoices at the time of service for all of its clients.
