My family and I came to the hotel in the middle of the night and the first gentleman had been very accommodating and understanding of the situation [redacted] By night number two we had asked several employees if there were weekly rental rates and were told flat out not in season yet It was until Sept that we had not only found the different ads for a room rental at $**/nt or $***/wk that we absolutely lost it We were already in a bad position [redacted] I tried to communicate this to the manager (employee at the desk) but he wouldn't listen, and told us that only if rooms were available Not a single employee would take responsibility for the lack of knowledge, but nights in we had been offered an extra nights stay by a couple, they had paid for it and the front desk did the payment and never put it on the accou
