Super Wheels-n-Deals Auto Sales

I put down a 500.00 deposit on a car for the business to hold the car for me til the next day. When I returned the next day to notify them I was not going to purchase the car and I needed the to return the deposit I was told I could only get 90 dollars back because they used the money to put struts on the car and I was liable for payment.Desired SettlementI want my 410 dollars that is due to me because I did not ask them to do any repairs to the vehicleBusiness Response The dealer, the customer, and her father agreed on the price of $3,500.00 for the vehicle and would only purchase the vehicle if the requested repairs (rear struts) were done that day to customer satisfaction. Once the agreement was reached the customer left a $500.00 nonrefundable deposit and agreed to bring $3,000.00 back the following morning to pick up the vehicle. The dealer paid a cost of $410.00 to complete the repairs the same evening that the customer left the deposit as requested because she stated that she was going out of town for college the following morning, and needed repairs done before she left. The day of pick up the customer came in stating that she could only get a $500 withdrawal from her bank/card per day so she did not have the remaining balance of $3,000.00. Which was not the agreement. The agreement was that she would bring the remaining payment of $3,000.00 to complete the sale. The Customer declined paying the balance and agreed to take a check for the $90.00 balance after repairs of the $500.00 deposit.

On April 24,2014 I purchased a ! year warranty from Super Wheels and Deals Auto Sales in the amount of 1,217.38. About a week ago I called [redacted] to check on warranty and was informed they did not have warranty for my vehicle they never received any monies or paperwork for the vehicle. I was then informed by [redacted] to go back to the dealership and ask for a full refund. I went to dealership and told them what warranty company said. They informed me that they would have to research it and get back to me on Friday. I went back on Friday and Mr.[redacted] gave me 600 dollars of my money from his own pocket informed me that on Monday the issue would be resolved. So I went back on Monday and was given the run around and told to come back on Wednesday. I went back on Wednesday and still no resolution was given the run around and the other owner[redacted] did not want to discuss the matter with me. He told me to take it up with[redacted]. So after arguing with[redacted] that I felt like they were basically stealing my money he still refused to talk to me telling me to talk to[redacted]. I have called and asked for the owners name and number and was told they didn't know who the owner was. I have tried calling and texting Mr.[redacted] all calls and texts have not been returned or answered.Product_Or_Service: 1 year vehicle warrantyDesired SettlementI would like for them to give me my remaining balance of 617.38 that they owe me.
