Ms. [redacted] purchased 2 Bud light kegs from us for a Halloween party on October 31st. The customer paid $80 deposit for the kegs. Given the customer's tight budget, we loaned her the beer pump for free, which we normally charge a deposit fee of...

$75, plus $5 rental fee. The customer is reimbursed for the deposit at the time of the keg/pump return.
On Monday, Nov 3rd, Ms. [redacted] called to inquire about when she could return the kegs. I informed her that she can return the kegs at her leisure, or until she is finished with them. IF she wanted to bring them in sooner then Wednesday was ideal, as our vendor is here on that day. She never once expressed a concern about the kegs being foamy. Instead she added that she could not drink any more beer, so she would be bringin them in on Wednesday.
