Super-X Launderette

Dear Revdex.com,We have received a complaint with an ID # [redacted], regarding a customer having an issue at one ofour locations.Our secretary received a call on Saturday morning around 11:00 am 3/26/16. Mr.[redacted] "Customer"called the office to complain about his comforter being ruined by our Triple Loader...

Wash Machine. I,David V[redacted] responded to that call and went to that location Fifteen minutes after the call camethrough to our office. There was Mr. [redacted] and his mother trying to work this "Twist" out of theircomforter.As I approached them, they wanted immediate explanation why the machine did what it did. Iexplained to them, either the comforter was stuck in the door or else some how they had stuffed thecomforter in the washer in a certain way for the comforter to end up being twisted in the center. Iexplained to them that the washer is functioning properly I spent a half an hour trying to help themuntwist the center of the comforter and didn't succeed. I said I would take the comforter myself to aprofessional dry cleaner to see if they could get it untwisted, which they couldn't do either a few dayslater.I made the call to Mr. [redacted] that following Monday and explained to him that the dry cleanerscouldn't resolve the problem with his comforter. I said to him to take the comforter back to the placewhere they purchased it from and tell them it wasn't washable and have the manufacturer replace itfor them. He wasn't happy with the solution and said that he would file a complaint to the Revdex.com andalso take us to Small Claims Court. I told him sorry we couldn't do much more for him and if thats thecourse of action, please do.
