Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Unfortunately this issue still remains unresolved because of the following reasons I.? I have called and felt that the serious situation we were put in at the motel has been taken lightly by Wyndham CorpOnce Again? I have not talked to? a top Wyndham & Super Executive supervisor as promised numerous timesI have not heard back from Ajaypal Singh Bath whom I believe to be the Super Lacey,WA franchise ownerThe address and phone? I was given is out of Oroville, Ca.? When I called I was told he was unavailable and not seen very often, Another person that I did talk to seemed very concerned of the situation that we went through and thought this? issue needed to be addressed but also he had no authority to handle it Sincerely, [redacted]

Somehow I was unable to enter my response to this business in the rejection, it is as followsPlease confirm with me that it will be entered into the system and my complaint.The front desk was notified of the non working toilet and non working internet within hours of checking in and that is the beginning and end of thatNobody was scared of me taping and I may add, why should they be? It is perfectly legal in the state of AZ to due so and I have no fear of the two cameras this business has mounted at the front deskThe reality is evident in the video that DD wasn't even aware until I advised him a video was in process just moments before I ended itSo DD is lyingAt the point I mentioned the video, he became very agitated and told us to leave, within seconds of being kicked out I was walking away and the video endsAll of this is clearly recorded and unquestionableThe video clearly shows how our issues were an annoyance to him and nothing else is recordedI see it no different than the two cameras Super had pointed at me that I didn't notice until reviewing my videoIf by some stretch the front desk video cameras work, they will cleary show my version of this story to be true and DD's to be a fabricationWhatever was wrong with it, the toilet didn't work, and the internet didn't work eitherI am a reasonable man and just wanted some small compensation for my troubles or at the very least to be acknowledged as a customer who just paid nearly for a roomI have never been treated as badly by a business in my life, and if my money is that important where service and respect come second, that clearly illustrates to me why so many other reviews of this business are so badThese reviews are the sole reason for me being prepared for such rude and condescending behavior with a recording deviceI completely expected what I got because of the online reviewsI was perfectly within my rights to record and have forwarded it to several other patrons alreadyThis video will remain publicly available until such time as I am refunded in fullUnfortunately, patrons don't always seek out reviews until something is seriously wrongSo now at the very least patrons have been advised in my online reviews that they can do what I did in the same situationMaybe now DD will think twice before treating his customers so badly, and wonder if he's being recordedI encourage him to research the legalities and understand themThis is all I have to say and refuse to contend with liesThe countless bad online reviews speak a thousand words for many unsatisfied consumersSincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedI am satisfied with everything the business did to try and fix my car, they went above and beyond I am happy with the outcome and if needed I would let them service my vehicle again Thanks [redacted]

The first time we called we were told they were too busy to grt our van in, that is why we had to keep calling over and over! We did however think that since their business was also called C & M that all C & M ads were the same, the ads were not specific saying that different addresses only honored certain ads, that does NOT mean we didnt know which number to call, again, we called NUMEROUS times to get our van in and the last time we called we got nothing but attitude and we got HUNG UP ON!! And yes, when I got my van back, my oil indicator was more than a quart low! We paid over grand, I think that warrants a FULL oil change, not a quart low! And the alignment was NOT done because on one conversation C & M ADMITTED that they forgot the alignment!! My van did not and still does not drive straight as if there was an alignment done!! We want our money back for the broken strut and the labor for it and an apology for hanging up on us!!! Hanging up on a customer is not the way to conduct business especially when they are in the wrong, not the customer! On 05/05/a reservation that was made for 08/30/ through 09/03/On 04/29/we had implemented through all our internet sites of our change in our policy for the above dates to pre-paid, non-refundable, and non-cancelableThe reservation was made directly at our property for DrL [redacted] on 05/05/by a travel agency at 3:43pmPer my conversation with my associate she had received a phone call from the travel agency; she spoke with [redacted] on 05/05/that made the reservation for the dates in questionI left a message on the number that was given on our reservation reiterating our cancellation policy and requesting a call back Later in the evening on 05/05/I received a phone call back from DrL**, at 6:55pm I stressed the terms of the reservation to him and he was ok with itHe also added another night to his stayWe then charged the card on file for the full amount of the stay On the morning of 05/06/I was informed that the travel agent [redacted] had called to cancel reservationI received a call approx4:15pm I explained the situation and our policy as well as the conversation with Dr L [redacted] and the adding of the extra night I received phone calls from [redacted] and one from DrL**, demanding I cancel reservation and also indicating I lied about him adding an extra nightAs a gesture of goodwill, the last night of the reservation that was made by DrL [redacted] was canceled and the money refunded Thank you, P [redacted] Super Verona

At this time, I have been contacted directly by E Z Spooner Concrete Construction regarding complaint ID 10807676, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Both Spooner and the bricklayer, Darren, admitted that the job was done incorrectly and Spooner committed, in the presence of a third party, that he would get the matter resolved by redoing a portion of the brickwork However, there has been no further contact from him since that day excepting for a text message from someone in his office stating he and the bricklayer were in San Antonio Further to this, the bricklayer has put blame on me for the problem stating that I had told him to make sure the bricks were not too high so that the tool shed door would scrape on them and not open all the way This is fabricated! There already is nearly two inches of clearance under that door and if the bricks had been installed properly there would still be a half inch of clearance for that door Additionally, when he brought the subject up during the installation of the bricks I told him then that there was plenty clearance and if not the door could easily be cut on the bottom to make for more clearance if needed I told him that the primary necessity was for the new section of the patio to match the grading of the rest of the patio such that water would drain toward the house and then out the alley as it has since that patio was originally installed Bottom line is that the bricklayer really messed up and paid no attention to instructions given at the beginning of the project and additionally failed to perform professionally by not paying attention to which way he was grading the slope of the patio in that area such that drainage now goes opposite the direction we all had agreed upon in the beginning to make the lay of the land correctSo now that area floods and also floods my tool shed We will see what happens when they get back from - supposedly - San Antonio Sincerely, [redacted]
