Revdex.com 7-8-2015 Thank You for Your concern on the *** job. When carpet techRay A*** arrived at the job, Ms*** and Her Helper were in a loud argument, which makes for a very uncomfortable entrance for RayUpon going over the job with Ms***, Ray noticed Ms

Upon receiving You letter, I asked Ray again about this job He reaffirmed how uncomfortable it was and said He would pay back His commission before He would go back to Her homeRay has been with Our company for years and I respect His judgment. Our Company has been in business for years, many of these years as a Revdex.com memberOver those years We have had a few jobs where a second cleaning was required, but never under the circumstances of Ms***'s job. Per Your letter in Customer problem: "some stairs were not cleaned to expectation" There are NO stairs in Her aptThere are no grounds for this complaint based on there are no stairs. As for as speaking to Ms*** there was never a mention on either side, of a refund. As a showing of good faith I will Refund Ms*** $dollarsHer total bill including tax was $dollars Superb Services, Gary M***ID: ***

[redacted] Re: Stanley Steemer/Superb Services Complaint ID: [redacted] To whom this may concern: I received a letter dated 7/16 in regards to a recent issue with having my carpet cleaned. At the bottom of the letter, it stated that the business would refund $40.00 as a show of "good faith," I have yet to receive anything from the company. Also, the message from the business stated that their worker Ray A[redacted], upon arrival witnessed a "loud argument" between me and my caretaker. I am unable to hear without the use of my hearing aid and in order to compensate for that I speak loud so that people may hear me. Mt A[redacted] realized I was hard of hearing and reached in close to my cars to speak with me. At no time, I repeat, NO TIME, was there an argument between me and my caretaker. The manager of my apartments was here. He was in and out of my apartment during the day Mr A[redacted] was cleaning my carpets. Mr. A[redacted] spoke with the Manager and maintenance man personally because they talked about who was responsible for moving the furniture once the carpet was dry. I believe this is the person that the letter is referring to when it states "another person was called to calm them down" in reference to an argument that never took place. The manager told me he never once witnessed an argument between any one and that this story is completely false. The manager personally witnessed Mr. A[redacted] both talking to me and saying bye cordially and at no point indicated he was uncomfortable. If he was uncomfortable at any point why would he not state that in front of the manger and maintenance? The story he is saying is a flat out lie made up in order to cover the fact he did not do a good job on my carpets. All I want is either the carpets to be cleaned or to be refunded my money. They knew I reside in the apartment and with ANY person residing in a unit, the company is either going to have to move furniture to clean or simply clean around the furniture. Their letter states "noted at the top of his work order is to clean the carpets", that would be 100% correct, but along with cleaning carpets/flooring where a person lives moving light furniture is to be expected. He may have been with the company 23 years but that doesn't mean he isn't lying. Mr. A[redacted] is not being honest. My carpets should've been cleaned better. Mr. A[redacted] in his response letter stated I was too frail to even move furniture. If this is the case as he stated, how does a 79 year old frail woman, who is in his opinion, too frail to move her own furniture, make it "so uncomfortable for the contractor that he would rather pay back his commission than return to the job site" It doesn't add up. The reason he doesn't not want to come back, in my opinion, is because he realizes he did not do a job that was up to par. In order to resolve this matter please either come clean my carpets sufficiently or give me a refund so that I can pay to have them done in a professional manner, without workers telling lies to their bosses to make up for the simple fact they did not do the job expected of them. Thank you much. [redacted]

I AM SENDING [redacted] A CHECK FOR $40.00 TO SETTLE COMPLAINT.THANK-YOUMARNIE M[redacted]VP-SUPERB SERVICES INC[redacted]
