Hi, as mentioned previously, we weren't able to find any issue with the account from our end (please keep in mind we don't have access to view, edit or manage any *** billing information)

Supercell ID is still a new thing for us, and so we wanted to make sure that
there's a bit of extra care taken of any player wishing to disconnect from Supercell IDHowever what you've experienced is more like a stone wall than a slightly raised threshold for granting players their wishPlease accept my sincerest apologies for thisI also want you to know that we collect no other data besides your email address you use to sign up and your in-game progressSupercell ID allows us to better comply to any player data requests we might receive due to finally being able to control more of what is saved wherePreviously we have been reliant on Google and Appleand their discretion for storing our players' data

According to our policy we do not rotate leadership if a Clan has a co-leaderHaving a single co-leader in the Clan means that the Clan can operate fullyIn this particular case there are several, and this is why we will not rotate leadership for this ClanWe are not able to share information on

This issue was resolved using our in-game support channel on July 20th, The village in question was successfully recovered and linked back to the user

We've responded to Nico, and solved their issue via our in-game supportThanks for being patient!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have sent multiple emails as I have said beforeI did not use another applicationI logged in directly through clash of clans appI asked if accounts can be hacked as I was kicked out several times over the last while which was not normalThe ban was a complete surprise to meI wouldn't waste that many yrsI asked if they could help find what might of happenedThey said account sharing also a bannable offenseI just asked if it was possible for an account to be hackedI didn't share itI talked to *** after getting no real help from supercellThey said it is possible to have 3rd party software files on phone even if application was deletedSo if person I purchased device from had prior to me buying the device it might show upI contacted supercell and said I would be willing to have someone take in my devices for me to get checked out and fixed if needed; as I am still unable to myself
I still don't believe I did anything wrongAtleast if I was warned before being banned, I could have had devices taken in 1st to be checked and have problem fixedAs far as using an 3rd party application I didn'tSo if something was detected it would have been nice to be informed 1stDifficult to fix something after you have been bannedI realize the ToS says suspicion is good enough and I understand the reasons for the new fairplay policies
I just think a warning would have been fairEspecially for the amount of time I've invested
Mostly though because I still don't really understand fully how it happenedBased on what *** told me the problem should be fixableI just feel I should have been made aware of the problem; and given the time to do soNot just given a permanent ban
I have also been made aware there have been many positives with other players
After talking with my carrierI wonder if this could have been my caseRegardless I think a permanent ban was unwaranted
I feel it would be only fair to reinstate my account for the reasons aboveI can then have *** fix anything they find if necessary and all should be ok
