Review: Placed a $2500 deposit on 5/23/2013 with [redacted] at SuperCharger USA for a super charger kit to be custom built with the balance owed at almost the [redacted]e of completion. This was a custom no return no cancellation type of order which I was told takes months to build..... After several delays which seemed to be legit at the [redacted]e but now are not, the balance of $2002 was paid 9/2/2014 with a promise that in a few weeks that the supercharger kit would be shipped No Charge for having to wait this long and a tracking number provided.....

Then a request was made that I needed to send my crankshaft balancer for the completion of the set up to make sure that all is aligned and true. [redacted] called back and said that the balancer was bad and requested a new one be made and sent to him which I also did.......

The clock ticks away..No Kit....No Tracking Number... No Further Communication on his part.

[redacted] who is the "owner" and the ONLY point of contact, rarely returns calls/emails and when he does he provides nothing but excuse after excuse or promise after promise with nothing delivered.

I have sent email after email, phone call after phone call, text after text to which I have the records of.

I do not have the kit and now he does not return ANY calls or texts or emails..

I can no longer pursue recourse with the credit card company because of the [redacted]e that has lapsed. [redacted] has committed fraud - took my money and failed to deliver the product. Apparently has a history if anyone simply searches his name and business on google with the same pattern of behavior. I have tried working with him for a peaceful resolution and he has not responded.

This company & person needs to be removed from selling to public and held accountable for his fraudulent actions.Desired Settlement: Very Simple deliver what you promised or refund the amount

Two Choices:

1) Full Refund & the two crankshaft balancers which are not yours

-or-

2) Send the Supercharger Kit & the two crankshaft balancers

Review: On 6/18/14 I ordered a blower from Supercharger USA and placed $2000.00 down with a promise that the blower would be shipped to me in 8 weeks. I ordered through them because they advertised a 5 year warranty on the product. 8 weeks came and went. Tried to call [redacted] multiple times, left numerous messages and emailed [redacted] because I did not receive the blower, didn't get a response. One evening I was able to speak to a guy that answered the phone but sounded like he was under the influence of something and kept calling me by a wrong name. I even gave him my invoice #[redacted]. On 10/8/14 I spoke to [redacted] regarding the blower not being sent and the lack of communication from him. [redacted] knew I was frustrated and stated he would make this blower a priority and wanted me to pay the remaining balance of $2328.42. He stated there would be a 10 day waiting period then he would ship the blower to me. I told [redacted] I was concerned about the way he runs his business but he assured me there would not be any more issues. On 10/9/14 $2328.42 was withdrawn by Supercharger USA out of my account. To this day I have been calling, leaving messages, and emailing and have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: If the blower cannot be delivered within 2 weeks then I want a full refund of $4328.42

Review: I ordered a supercharger kit on march 25 2013.he cashed my check on march 28 2013 for the kit he said it would take 8 to 15 weeks to get it done.[redacted] said he would upgrade my blower to a 8-71 for all my waiting . Then inNovember I asked if he can send the supercharger kit on December 1 or at lest the on the 5. he said now problem I just don't have the intake done. I can send you the blower & drive assembly on the 6 of December fist and the intake week later please advise. I said that will be fine with me [redacted]. nothing showed up . now he says the intake will be ready next week and everything is catching up now . I will call you next Friday to give you a tracking number. that was January 5. now he keeps telling me the next Friday story on the phone.Desired Settlement: I want my kit or my money back by February 3.

Review: I ORDERED a 871 SUPERCHARGER USA BLOWER on 10-07-2014 from TIM the owner of the business. This was a down deposit to get started. I was told by [redacted] it would take 8-10 weeks. I agreed on at the time.(this is a normal situation with any company that builds blowers).NOW- Several weeks went by and several of my phone calls went to [redacted] and no response. Between the deposit date and on 2-18-2015 me and [redacted] probably finally talk and he was apologizing about how behind he is and wanted my full payment Now to finish and be shipped out with in Two weeks. So I agreed and SUPERCHARGER USA withdrawn $3,205.39 on 2-18-2015.NOW AGAIN ON 2-25-2015 I spoke with [redacted] and he was shipping out a front Drive-assembly and wanted another $298.88 for shipping and with drawn out of my account. ONCE AGAIN I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED ANY PRODUCT!!!!I want a FULL REFUND OF $6,504.27 as of today Date of 5-11-2015Desired Settlement: I want a FULL REFUND OF $6,504.27 as of today Date of 5-11-2015 back into my Bank account!!!

Review: Spoke with Sale at SUPERCHARGERUSA.com with [redacted], and [redacted], Ordered a supercharger kit for 1967 440 stroker motor for 1969 plymouthGTX, Paid in full, and confirmed reciepts and had many emails in the beginings, and personal calls, after hours, As of Feb 05, 2014, 19 calls have been made with messages, to 5 different phone numbers, no responses, other than feb 17 a promise to deliver the crank pulley so the machine shop can machine the required crank for the motor, As of 28 FEB 2014, no tracking numbers, no delivery, no info, no return calls, StATE OF cALIFORNIA secratary of corporations, shows them as being suspended, City of LaHabra has no records, Emails not answered, phone messages full, no replys, As of today I have not gotten and parts, as promised, and Loss of 4500.00 USDDesired Settlement: I want to have what is promised, and comunications as promised, Many other businesses are being held up and costing me a loss and damages, Tim was a fine salesman in the begining, and than disappeared,
