He came out immediately and was friendly and honestWe had paid to have a "new" compressor installed on our unit in June of with a different company*** ran the serial # to find out that in all actuality that "new" part we had that previous company install was actually a refurbished partIn addition, they didn't even install the part correctly so that's why it went out so quicklyLesson learned, I will never use another AC company besides Super Cool Heating & Cooling*** went above and beyond and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a fast, friendly, and honest AC company! In addition, they didn't even install the part correctly so that's why it went out so quickly. Lesson learned, I will never use another AC company besides Super Cool Heating & Cooling.
