I went into this business with my hair down my back almost to my waistline.
I explained to the professional there the process I took beforehand to get my hair all one color.
They proceeded with their process of an day event frying the hair off my head. Cutting, coloring, drying, washing, combing, pulling, wrapping, etc.!
Now it is horrendous, none there!
Blistered my back.
Bleached out a shirt, ruining the shirt.
Head sore.
Desired Settlement: Refund Charged me $258.14 to ruin my hair. I want a refund
This customer came in the salon with damaged hair THAT SHE HAD DONE HERSELF and she was upset that n had damaged her hair and could we help, we did not use any bleach on this customers hair. She was explained by stylist and manager that she would have to sign a waiver because WE DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE HAD PREVIOUSLY PUT ON HER HAIR. WE DID A COLOR CORRECTION AND HER HAIR WAS MID LENGTH WHICH WAS EXPLAINED THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO CUT THE DAMAGED HAIR OUT AND SHE AGREED and she signed the waiver as did the stylist and manager. I HAVE COPIES OF THE WAIVER SHE SIGNED IF NEED BE.

Please explain how this T-shirt that I was wearing when you killed my hair. If your service can do this to my T-shirt, what does it do to a person's hair.
