I asked Denise to exchange pair of (insoles) day-old DMP Black for another kind, but she declined to help saying I had already done it once and that was a courtesyI did just get these from Superfeet and they had me pay the shipping to them

I am sorry for the late response as unfortunelty I only received the complaint yesterday.
 
I have asked the Superfeet Customer Service Manager to investigate and provide me insight to the complaint.
