I ordered in 12/09/19 it is now 2/26/20 and I have yet to receive product I ordered and they keep saying
(Only through email) that they are having issues in making the product. I asked for a refund and I’ve yet to receive it only with more excuses. On website it says we can get a full refund if we send back items with tags but since I have not received order I asked for a cancellation and full refund.
The customer has received the product. It has been delivered so the only way for a refund is if the product is returned to us. Haven’t heard anything directly from the customer in regards to this.
