I am rejecting this response because: she is not telling the truth. I have asked her to...
show me the preview of the site but she never did. she was keep putting off by saying it is almost done. I gave her a check in the amount of $ 400. in 11/30/2016. the check was paid the next day from my bank account. she did not showed me the preview. she took too long to do the preview of the site, not the completion of the site. I notified her to cancel the order as of 01/17/2017 and asked her to refund my deposit. according to her last text message on 02/11./2017 she was supposed to refund my deposit on 02/19/2017. she did not refund my deposit as she has promised on 02/11/2017. I have saved all the text message from 12/27/2016 thru 02/28/2017 related to this case. now she moved out of state. I was never informed that she was moving out of state.
