Hi, yes the company finally contacted me and offered me a refundEven though they say the had sent me emails concerning my order I did not receive any emails from them until I sent one stating that I had filed a complaintThey immediately contacted me after being contacted by the Revdex.com and offered me a refundSo thank you Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, *** ***

This is a horrible online storeThey may offer a wide array of products, but they don't actually carry anythingThey are simply middle-menI ordered something from them, and they were quick to tell me they couldn't find itI asked to be refunded but they only email a cancellation noticeI ordered another product through them before that, and they wont respond to my emails concerning where it isLook to their competitors for quality service, like a1supplements

Attached is the pdf of the cancelled order showing we reversed the funds.  As I explained to him over the phone, when you use a debit card there is a pre authorization of funds held so you don't overdraft.  This feature is specifically designed for the customer by their own bank. ...
