We have been a partner of Cross Country Home Services out of Fort Lauderdale, Fl for over five years nowThis was a typical claim on a gas hot water appliance located in the garage of the houseWe have handled this
type of claim hundreds of previous timesOn all claims processed through our company we always have two invoicesOne including the deductible, that is presented to the insurance companyAlso known as a home warranty companyAnd one for non covered charges that the property owner is responsible forThis property owner evidently has a history with the warranty cobecause when we called to inform them that he was unhappy about the non covered charges they immediately asked me to just close out the ticket so they could give him a claim creditThey don't elaborate as to why they are making their decision, whatever it may be, they just inform me as how to proceedSo we were on time to our initial appointment, when we collected the $Then our office staff wrote up the bid for all the chargesThe warranty cothen decides which are covered and which are non covered depending on the level of coverageWe then proceedThis property owner has harassed us, threatened us, slandered us and generally has a vendetta against our companyWe will continue providing excellent service and pricing to our Cross Country customersAny questions please contact me by telephoneThank you
