Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I did call asking for a [redacted] like mentioned by superior [redacted] 21, they state I asked the [redacted] for an extra camera, which is not trueI complained in [redacted] when I returned to Mcallen about what the sales person had said about the number of outdoor cameras allowedI was then transferred to a [redacted] who told me I would have to buy another dvr from themI asked why the sales [redacted] would not let me have the five cameras as I wantedAt that time I even asked If I could pay for the difference for the other dvr and extra cameraI was told they would contact me later with a responce [redacted] 27, when the [redacted] came to fix a connection problem with the cameras I asked if he could please try to relay a message to [redacted] that I was still waiting for a response from them I then called [redacted] 21, to have a [redacted] come by again and spoke with [redacted] once again about my complaint [redacted] then told me that when the [redacted] arrived he would take a look where I wanted the cameras to begin with and see what he could do [redacted] 21, when the [redacted] finished he asked where I wanted the extra camera and I showed the [redacted] where I initially showed the [redacted] I wanted them, but told him she stopped me and said that only four cameras could be installed outsideThe [redacted] then told me that [redacted] would call meafter that I was called by the [redacted] with a quote for a new systemI told the [redacted] about my previous complaints and was informed to call agian to speak to the [redacted] [redacted] 26, they state I called to complain about the same issue but fail to state what was the outcome, because I was never called back with a solution [redacted] 24, I once again called to have instruction for the device which is my property and will go with me regardless of the city,state, or country and as such should have the full instructions for its useDuring this time I informed them about my decision to finally ***ort their behaviorI was transferred again to speak to [redacted] about the issue and she reassured me that she would talk to everyone that afternoon so I would no longer have to [redacted] every time I callI feel that when I spoke the [redacted] they would make a fake attempt to fix the issue then would offer me to sell me a new systemI have called more times than stated and feel that [redacted] did not [redacted] my complaints that are missingNow they seem to think I wanted to just get something free when in fact I have complained and even tried to work with them by offering to pay the difference of the new dvr and cameraWhen asked the desired outcome I wanted to know the reason for the sales [redacted] not selling me what I initially wantedi also asked for the instructions to use the product sold to me,If I move out of state they would not be able to send a [redacted] for a reasonable fee Avoiding to answer the reason behind the decision of your sales [redacted] to deny my request for a fifth camera is not acceptableFurther more the fact that [redacted] my complaints is wrong and puts to light how [redacted] was not wiling to work with me since the beginning Regards,
