The only thing I did not like was the time it took from the signing of the contract to beginning of the actual work. I understand that permits had to be pulled and other things had to be done. I went from an ugly looking patio to an elegant sun room. the installers were courteous and left everything clean when they left each day. They worked very hard under the scorching sun.

Job well done.

While one of their employees was loading material that I had payed for in their warehouse , he dented my truck with a beam, I explained what had happened to their manager and also was pleased to see there was 5 cameras. After countless ignored calls and emails almost 56hrs later I finally got a phone call back from the owner specifying that none of the cameras worked and also that the employees mistake was not their fault. I found a body shop that quoted the repair at $200 and even so the owner said he will not pay for an employees mistake
