They performed work at my property that was not authorizedWe have been disputing the price all alongThen when the owner called he became extremely belligerant, rude, insulting and threatened a mechanics lien on my propertyWill never do business with them again

I have used this company before and would have expected a little more courtesy from them, my driveway was scheduled and cancelled several times and when I was unhappy with it and tried to explain the situation to the owner did not come across professionally and there was no apology for the inconvenience expressed

I was to have applications of sealant applied to my driveway The first coat was applied, and they said they would return in a couple hours later to apply the second coatThey later called and said that because it might rain (it was sunny that day and never did rain) that they would return on a later date to apply the second coat and leave us an invoice After a week, I called to follow up and they claimed they thought they already applied the second coat despite there being no evidence of that happening, we were home when they claimed to be there, and no invoice was left at our addressAfter several attempts at contacting them, I received a voicemail stating if I did not pay for their services, I would be penalized and owe them more moneyWhen I finally reached the owner, he informed me that "they were a reputable business, and if he said they applied it, they applied it." He then proceded to text an "invoice" to my phoneI will pay them the $to be rid of the experience, but found the enitre ordeal to be rather rediculous and feel like I fell for a scam

I have been a loyal customer for several years. This year, they sealed my driveway and it rained two hours later; even though they cancelled the day before, when it didn't rain. There are streak marks all over the driveway, as if an armature did the work. I called 5 times before finally getting a hold of [redacted]. He flew into a tirade when I was explaining everything to him and told me to go F[redacted] myself. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!
