Review: This company was hired to pave residential driveway on April **, 2015 at a cost of $3,400. Less than two months later the driveway had signs of unraveling and pitting as well as stressed marks or alligator edges. The company was contacted monthly starting in the month of July. Mr. Dave W[redacted], the owner, agreed to seal coat the driveway in September. He stopped responding to emails and phone calls. The sealing of the driveway that is less than six months old will require an additional cost of $400.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of driveway sealing costs; $400.

Review: [redacted] was supposed to rip up our driveway, rip down our retaining wall, slope our yard, and replace our driveway wider but he only ripped down wall and ripped up driveway. He put down old recycled concrete pieces not the right foundation for our new driveway and tried to make our driveway smaller than we had originally planned. When he came back to finish job we told him he wanted driveway wider and he said that's not what was agreed on but we did agree on that. He never sloped the wall we had to hire someone to slope the wall. Everything agreed upon was not carried out on his side and he ended up leaving the job site and never finished. When we had a new estimator come out he told us everything [redacted] did wrong and I was told our foundation for driveway should be hard by now (three weeks later) and it's not. He told me face used the wrong product and this is not the first time he had to come clean up after [redacted] messed up a project.Desired Settlement: We had paid [redacted] a down payment of $900 and feel the job was down not up to par and after finding out material used was not the correct stuff I would like $500 back. Basically all [redacted] did was rip up old driveway and rip down wall. Material put down on driveway was not correct material now I have to start at ground zero with my driveway
