Customers allegations are base less. They only have loan obligation that they have not paid for. They are just trying to get out of a loan obligation. We sold car with a limited warranty. Customer pays 50% we pay 50%.  Internal lubricated parts of engine transmission only. That warranty expired...

March 16th. When customer came they noticed some stuff that needed to be fixed but that was done prior to them making the sales contract. They got truck in February and made one payment then loan is in default status. We've communicated within last 6 months and never brought up issue they just wanted more time to make payments. I strongly feel that this claim is an avenue to try to get out of a loan obligation.
