of sale.Every consumer who wishes to purchase a vehicle from Superior Auto is encouraged to have that vehicleinspected by a qualified mechanic or repair facility of his or her own choice prior to finalizing the purchase.One of the documents that Mr. [redacted] signed in conjunction with his purchase is called the"Acknowledgement of Mechanical Inspection", which indicates that he did not exercise the opportunity toobtain such pre-purchase mechanical inspection.Regarding Mr. [redacted]'s statement that he was forced to "...sign a contract stating [he] didn't feelcoerced.. .", we vehemently state that this is not true; we have no contract which makes any such statement.We value our relationship with our customers and we sometimes provide assistance by financing a portion ofrepairs as a matter of customer service. Mr. [redacted] is no different. In fact, he has already accepted suchassistance from us. On 11/24/2015, we provided him with a low interest consumer loan for the purpose offinancing repairs to his vehicle. Mr. [redacted] expressed to our Marion, OH staff that he is happy with thisform of assistance. We have spoken to Ms. [redacted] and have taken care of her concerns regarding this matter.

Customer purchased car from another dealer in Jackson.   Ms. [redacted] had a 2011 Traverse with well over 100,000 miles.   Obviously the SUV had several issues.   Ms. [redacted] did bring the car in our service dept on 07/18/2017 and stated that her check engine light was on and wanted service to change her plugs and wires, which the service dept completed.   There have been other times that our service advisers recommended services, that Ms. [redacted] declined, as it is detailed in the customer history report that is attached.   It has been other times, that no charge was made to Ms. [redacted].   This is a high mileage vehicle and it seems the customer wanted us to make it new, which is impossible.   We repaired the vehicle as she specified.   We could not duplicate any of the problems the customer assumed she was having.   We have tried all and everything to resolve this customer's problem and dissatisfaction, however it is apparent that this is a case of a customer that bought elsewhere and is not satisfied and will never be.   Ms. [redacted] has also traded this vehicle in on something else.
