After a couple of days purchasing a vehicle it broke down. The headgasket and transmission is messed up. Hi, I recently purchased a vehicle from Superior Auto Solutions on Covington Pike on February 13, 2016. Three days later I had to get $359 worth of work done because the temperature gauge on the car. After getting the car back from shop, the next day it started doing the same thing.Took it to Superior Auto Solutions they said it was low on coolant and had needed a transmission gasket. I had to pay $70 for that. The next day it did the same thing I took it to Brakezone and was told the reason the temperature gauge is fluctuating was because the headgasket was blown. I took it to Superior Auto Solutions and after about 4 hours of me crying and screaming they fixed it which was about $1000 but I had to pay another $190 for a timing belt and waterpump. They had the car two and a half weeks. I finally got it back on March 9, 2016. It drove ok for a couple of hours then the check engine light came on. I took it into autozone and they told me something was going wrong with the transmission. While I was leaving autozone the car wouldn't drive over 40mph, so I had to drive from Cordova to Covington Pike to take the car back up to Superior Auto Solutions. They have had the car since then. I have been trying to get my money back since the first issue I've had with the car. I'm not the only person who has had issues with the carlot selling lemons. I want to warn everybody and possible get this place closed down. I'm a single mother and spent all of my tax money on a car to get to school and work. None of my paperwork says as is on the vehicle because I was told that it wasn't as is and if I wasn't satisfied I can return it. I still have no luck and I'm stuck without a vehicle even though I bought the vehicle I have not been able to drive it for more than a day without something happening. I have tried getting my money back the third day I purchased the vehicle. They are getting people money and selling cars that are not in conditions to be driven on the road. This carlot is not a good business they are here to rip people off.Desired SettlementI have been trying to resolve this issue and get my money back and call it even. I just want the money I paid for the vehicle. Even though I paid $700 in repairs I'm still stuck without a vehicle and I just want my money back.

I was supposed to have a new roof put on my truck and now have spent $4,900 on nothing but a ruined truck and even more $ spent!A tree fell on my truck a few months back and I told my insurance company that I wanted to take it to superior auto because several people recommended them, in doing so I asked for a quote, Dave took my truck for a few days and spoke to me on the phone and was supposed to let me know when everything was figured out. Dave called and said that he was going to have to cut the entire roof off of my truck so that he could put a new one on there due to the Sun roof leaking he said that's the only way I can guarantee it won't leak. So after several weeks of working on the truck and $4,900 later I got my truck back as soon as I got it back I noticed that everything was the same including some stickers that I had on the roof so I took it to a shop to verify that nothing has been done they stated in fact that not only nothing has been done but a very cheap attempt of fixing the problem with bondo is how they decided to fix it. I contacted Dave he didn't do anything about it after a series of thunderstorms I now have a ruined truck and I don't want them to touch it either way. Dave went and talked to a guy named John who according to Dave said that it was a miscommunication as to why it didn't get fixed properly and according to him the repair vs a new roof was only a $200 difference which is not true at all however he persisted and did nothing except the offer to fix a few door dings on my truck. I feel like the whole thing was fraudulent from him convincing me and my insurance company about a new roof to the fact that when he received my payment he took cash straight into his pocket and $500 on a credit card in which he swiped on his personal phone.I now have a ruined truck that is waterlogged due to major water leakage of the sunroof and a lot of expenses and time wasted plus I now have to figure out what to do with this truck witch is a total loss that I owe $19,000 on !Desired SettlementI want a refund of the money on the repairs and a solution for the money lost in the truck loss and or swap my truck out for something of similar value. my insurance company told me that when they pay for a private body shop repair that its now up to me and them or their insurance company to resolve the problem!

I wish to file a complaint against Superior Auto Solutions [redacted] Memphis TN 38128 (901)- [redacted]. In the last week of August 2014 I attempted to get a car from the dealership. Unaware of fraudulent activity, the dealers attempted to retrieve a vehicle for me to purchase, which I have not received. After requesting all monies/or receipts from the dealers, they have refused to return. Mr. [redacted] has not returned $380 of Down payment nor has found a car. A vehicle sold to me with them having the knowledge that the vehicle was stopped up.I purchased a [redacted] on May 5, 2015. I got the car financed through [redacted] for a price of $19,304.00 plus a $2,000.00 down payment with an agreement of making bi-weekly payments on the down payment of $300.00. My car payments are $459.62 a month for 42 months. I started having major problems with the vehicle the same day I got the car. I was told by Superior Auto that the Cam Shaft needed replace and I did so but it didn't solve problem. I took the vehicle to [redacted] and [redacted] to have a diagnostic done and was told that catalytic converters needed to be replace. I took the vehicle back to Superior Auto and couldn't get any assistance. I have a 36,000 miles or 3 years warranty which not any good for what's needed the car dealer said to me. I have tried to talk with them in resolving this issue. All I'm getting out of them is wanting me to pay for something I can't use. They will not give me the tags or temporary tags. [redacted] is giving me an estimate of $1,600-$3,000 to repair the problem. The vehicle is dangerous to drive with not being able to go over 30 miles without it start to crying.
