Superior AutoBody

with Superior Autobody provided an estimate for repairs on my 2018 Honda Civic and at no point in time did I authorize him or sign a contract with him for his autobody shop to complete the repairs. Additionally, my insurance company (USAA) adjusters verified Superior Autobody did not receive approval from the adjusters to order parts or complete the repairs. State of California Law guarantees I be allowed to receive estimates and decide the autobody shop who will complete the repairs. I notified Superior Autobody, via telephone, I was not conducting business with them and selected another company to complete the repairs. Thereafter, *** with Superior Autobody has continually harassed me by calling my cellular phone and my work place because he was under the assumption I would choose Superior Autobody to complete the repairs. *** conduct is unethical and illegal and must stop immediately.
