Initial Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2015/09/25) */
Received business response via e-mail to Revdex.com, from John at Superior Automotive:
"This email is in response to the complaint regarding ***I had spoken to you on the phone a few weeks ago, and in this particular situation we
did offer the customer arbitration before the complaint was filedWhen she spoke to our other owner Joe he said he would take a return, then just payment for the parts that he had to put into her trade inWhen I spoke to her I told her to simply return the vehicle, but she refused due to paying insurance on her new vehicleWeather she was driving this vehicle or her old vehicle she would have to pay insurance either way, it's simply the cost of driving a car
Thank you,
John

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Again, the issue of advertising that the SUV had navigation wasn't addressedI was informed that the navigation only needed a disk when I asked specifically what the message meant on the display and then I was reassured that not only was it a disk but that Joe would take care of it and that never happenedI met with an Audi service tech in StPaul to figure out one way or another if was indeed the diskIt was not as simple as the navigation needing a diskI find it unacceptable for a business to advertise a working option on a vehicle, sell it to a customer, once the customer finds out that what was advertised ins't true and the dealer has no intention on repairing it is very bad businessI spoke to the Financial Institution that dealer says that they work with regularly and they informed me that is the duty of the dealer to repair the navigation since they advertised one and said it was working to get me to purchase the vehicleThe advertisement speaks for itself

I am the customer I purchased the vehicle (loan) for my son, he makes the payments It is purchased under my name

Received business response from Superior Automotive, via e-mail to Revdex.com.
Includes copy of (partial) CarFax report, showing service history over past two years.
Text of accompanying e-mail reads:
"Sorry about the delay, I appreciate your...

time on this matter. Below is an attached copy of the carfax showing that the wheel bearings were changed within 10k miles. When the car left the lot there were no problems with it, he test drove it, agreed on the purchase, and it was purchased as is.
