Superior Automotive & Towing

I work hours a day got off work Saturday morning At 5:and I came from olive branch Mississippi which was November 21st pulled up at a friend's apartment about o'clock went into the house to bring a friend some gas money come back out my car was gone superior automotive and towing towed my car I go to talk to them to go get my car trying to be civilized the guy say he pulled my car at 5:when the time is up is o'clock according to my clock it was o'clock make it so bad that he saw that I just got out of my vehicle racist white man I mean I wasn't a nice apartment minutes before my car got towedtoo close to the holidays for this b [redacted] highway robbery

I had a rather unpleasant experience with the towing company "Superior Towing", which was anything but superior
I had arrived at my fiances apartment at 1:am, there was no available "Visitor" parking for the entire area of the complexExcept at the front gate of the complex(Due to a fact that I was a 20+ year old woman, at night '1am'ALONE[For Safety] I did not park at the other end of the complex and walk to the other end.) Within minutes of parking in a "residential" spot(While I was awake, waiting for a visitor's spot to openThey came and towed my vehicleI did know and fully understand that my vehicle may be towedBut the fact that the could see there was no "visitor parking" and did not wait at all before jumping the gun and hauling it off to see if someone was going to come back outI noticed my vehicle was gone around 3am when I returned to look for a open spot (which there still was not)
At around 3am, I began to call to try to see if they were the company that removed my vehicleNo answer, after calls back to back a man answeredI asked if they had my vehicle and I gave the descriptionI explained what happened and I was only told "Yes, we have itYou will have to speak with someone at 9amI just answer the phones." I was not given any other informationAt am, I calledOnce again there was no answerI waited about minutes and tried back thinking they may just be busystill nothingI called about times that day (Sunday) and no pick-upOnce I found the CORRECT company information online with their CORRECT address they were closedSo I was FORCED to leave my vehicle there another dayDue to not being able to answer a call
Monday, I and my fiance went down to retrieve my vehicleI got inside and was told that it would be $CASH and that I had to have proof of ownershipI did not have my proof of ownership because I was not told (do to no phone contact) and also did not know there was a charge, or that it had to be cash onlyI finally after a good hours of a run around between payment and ownership (I live outside Shelby county) got my vehicle back
All I have to say, Is make sure if you ever have the misfortune of having to deal with this company be sure to just be there at 9amYou will not be able to reach anyone by phone
This is one of the worst experience's with a select company I have ever had
