Hands down the best automotive repair shop I have dealt with I brought my wife's Honda Civic to [redacted] (owner) It was difficult and labor intensive to diagnose but in the end [redacted] only charged me for the labor and part of the final repair

We will be refunding the customer $374.40 via check and she will pick it up tomorrow.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me for the fact that I am getting my full refund back on my warrantied part. However, Superior Automotive is not who I am receiving my refund from. NAPA of Ashland, where Mr. [redacted] purchased the part, is who I am receiving my full $374.40 refund from. When originally NAPA said they can only pay me the original price of the part which was $212, not $374.40 which is the price Superior Automotive charged me.

Review: I brought my 2007 [redacted] Accord in for a smog test and after spending some time and doing the tests they failed my car. They still charged me for the failed test and then continued to show my why it failed. He pointed out that an important part of the vehicle had been tampered with and that I needed to bring it back to him to repair that part and gave the test rerun. I brought the car in for a second opinion and the part that the shop had stated was tampered with and was the reason it failed the smog test was not necessary for the running of the vehicle but rather a dole on the cover of the part and didn't serve a purpose what so ever. I brought the car to another smog station and it passed. Superior Automotive thought that because I'm a woman they could cheat me into getting more services before passing my Smog test.Desired Settlement: They charged me for a failed smog test and my car shouldn't have failed. Then they tried to milk more money out if me.
