Hi we are aware of the student's requested refund and will be sending a wire transfer for the full amount this coming week. We did reply to many emails and phone calls. We also spoke with [redacted] regarding the situation.
We have a refund policy which is stated clearly on our website....

Additionally the courses have very detailed explanations on our website, including the description of each course [redacted] registered for.Despite this we agreed to a full refund which we originally intended on sending via check. [redacted] requested a wire instead along with his bank information. We will send the confirmation of the wire.
