To whom it may concern; Superior Carports Inc will not respond again to the issue at hand with this customerSettling issues have been offered and she refuses to cooperateWith all customers, Superior renders materials and services and balances are due and collected when jobs are completed on site, The going back and forth in circles on requesting some of her payment back is an attempt by the customer to deny full payment already collected *** ***

Superior Carport: Customers have the option to cancel or reschedule if they verbalize during scheduling that they do not have the financial means. The company understands if emergencies happen. [redacted] response to above statement: I clearly verbalized that I was looking at CANCELLING and rescheduling for March AFTER my son made it back from school in Europe. [redacted] mentioned that since the truck was already loaded and the guys were going to be in the area it would be in their best interest to work something out with me. I DID not want to do it because the contract clearly stated payment was due in full they are NOT a financial institution. Still, since they agreed to my terms understanding my position I felt they would be honorable.  Superior Carport: In reference to this particular customer. When our office first made contact with the customer, she advised us that she made a Down Payment of $785.00, and the balance due at the time of installation was $4000.00. Our office then contacted the Dealer to confirm the Down Payment, and it was confirmed by the dealer that the customer only made a down payment of 10% which was $478.50. [redacted]: I mentioned I had believed this was the amount I had looked at paying and sincerely believed I had but to let me further research. AFTER I looked at my bank statement I recognized I was wrong and told them so. This is an attempt to make it look like I am dishonest.   Superior Carport: 1)At the time of scheduling, the customer did mentioned not having all the funds, the total balance that would be due at the time of installation was for $4306.50. We asked, if she wanted to cancel or place order on hold.2) She insisted that she wanted the unit installed on August 14, 2014, and if Superior would take a credit card payment, and two checks to pay off her balance. That was the agreement, our office did process the Credit Card payment for $1000.00 and did received the 2 checks both for the amount of $1000.00 each, which left an open balance of $1306.50. 3) The customer did not honor her agreement with Superior Carports. Credit card was charged for the remaining balance on 12/08/14. Superior Carports is not a financial Institution. [redacted]: 1) At least they are honest here and admit that I mentioned not having all the funds. 2) is a lie regarding that I insisted on having it installed. They implied that since they were loaded and in the area already they wanted to work something out with me. 3) The agreement they did NOT mention here was that I would pay 300 in November, 300 in December then the final amount in late January after my son got home. They sent back the check I sent for Nov. stating they had charged my credit card WITHOUT my permission This was during a time in which my son had been hospitalized in a foriegn country and would have died within 24 hours had he not sought medical attention. He was fed intravaneously for four days due to an infected, impacted wisdom tooth. Superior Carport did offer for me to send a check in and they could reimburse 700 in lieu of refund. I want no further transactions occurring with this company. I wanted the name of the person who charged my card illegally and charges pressed against them for this. There was NEVER any paperwork exchanged giving them permission to charge my credit card at all. I am nervous about them being able to have my credit card information and banking information period. People need to be aware of the fact that Superior carport thinks it is OK to charge their card without their permission. What I want resolved is what I asked for in the first place: the name of the person who illegally charged my card without my permission. They were never given written nor verbal confirmation to do so. *. [redacted]

To whom it may concern: This letter is in response to the Complaint regarding unauthorized charges on a credit card. Superior Carports does not offer payment plans. All customers are aware of this when the order is place. Down payment is given at the vendor taking the order, then the rest is...

collected on site when the job is completed. All this information is stated on the contract form signed by the customer. The company sells the product in a very simple manner. Customers have the option to cancel or reschedule if they verbalize during scheduling that they do not have the financial means. The company understands if emergencies happen. In reference to this particular customer. At the time of scheduling, the customer did mentioned not having all the funds, the total balance that would be due at the time of installation was for $4306.50. We asked, if she wanted to cancel or place order on hold. She insisted that she wanted the unit installed on August 14, 2014, and if Superior would take a credit card payment, and two checks to pay off her balance. That was the agreement, our office did process the Credit Card payment for $1000.00 and did received the 2 checks both for the amount of $1000.00 each, which left an open balance of $1306.50. The customer did not honor her agreement with Superior Carports. Credit card was charged for the remaining balance on 12/08/14. Superior Carports is not a financial Institution. Superior Carports does feel that the charge is a valid due to the balance was not paid as promised by the customer. The customer did contact out office on Saturday 12/13/14, to dispute the charge of $1306.50, the customer wanted to get a refund for the amount of $600.00 and she would send a postdated check for that amount. The balance was clearly notated that the amount was owed to Superior Carports Inc, and the refund was denied. We do sympathize with the customer with the issues that she is having to deal with her son being in a different country and experiencing the medical care, however, we are business and must conduct our company with the upmost respect.
