Retrieval of RTV 900(stolen property)
On 6/3/16, the rtv was stolen from my nurseryOn 6/22/16, I locate the rtv and the metro Dade police turned it over too *** property until they could finish the investigationI called *** Properties twice on 6/26/to verify that the Rtv was ready to be picked upWhen I arrived, Ervin insisted that I locate the serial number on the RtvI was unable to do this because the thieves removed the serial number.Instead I showed him, the original invoice, I emailed it, license, sunbiz information, company credit card.Also I mentioned that the story was featured on channel and later on channel Ervin did not release the rtv to me and didn't give me any helpful information in retrieving itEVERY DAY the rtv stays on their property I am charged an amountThis is very frustrating to me the customer because I complied with all requests and was not successful in the retrieval of the rtv
