We had Superior Chimney here to inspect our two failing chimneys We custom built our home in 'and years later our chimneys started falling apart They were on time for the inspection and Anthony and Lou? were extremely personable and professional They ended up doing some minor interior repairs while they were here and the price was reasonable They, however, had to return to do the exterior chimney inspection as they needed to use an 80' (I think 80) lift in order to get to the top of my very tall, stone and stucco, chimneys I was not a fan of spending an additional $2,for the rental of the lift but it had to be done Once again it was Anthony here to do the inspection and I was very happy about that To say that having to rebuild both of my chimneys from (approx.) the roof-line up was stressful, is an understatement...but it was my builders fault and we now had to fix their mistakes before my chimneys fell over and killed someone As stressful and as expensive as this process was to rebuild my chimneys ($37,rebuild, $42,overall), Superior Chimney was extremely easy and highly professional to work with Eric, who is the head honcho over at SC, was extremely personable and will explain in great detail everything you need or want to know about chimneys, he was a pleasure to work with After custom building our home, I've worked with many of the trades and unfortunately know firsthand what it's like to deal with the losers out there So when I say these guys are amazing, I know what I'm talking about During the rebuild, Marcio, Anthony, and John, were here every day (days a week) starting between 8:& 9:00am and didn't leave until or 8pm I couldn't have asked for a better crew! They were fantastic!! I, seriously, have never seen anyone work as hard as these guys did! When you have people here every day, all day, they become like family and we certainly shared quite a few laughs I also felt the need to show these guys how appreciative I was for all they were doing for me by supplying lunch on Fridays and baking cookies on Tuesdays ;)Another great thing they did was take tons of pictures during every process (daily) and then email them to me - it was fascinating to see all the details of the interior and exterior of both chimneys What a process! They started ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out I will definitely have them back on a yearly basis for inspections, cleaning, or whatever is needed And when they return I will have my infamous lemon cake cookies waiting for them ;)
