First of all it was a pleasure working for [redacted] The job is complete as is the rockwallIn fact it was completed before we received her complaintUnfortunately for both of us it rained alot the week we were trying to do the cement work and [redacted] rant out of rockwall boulders.I contacted [redacted] on several occasions throughout this week long ordeal with reasons why her wall was not completeI could feel she was losing faith so I went out to a friends property and hand picked the remaining boulders needed to finish the rockwallIf I had not done that we would still not have the rock wall as of today because they are still out of rockwall boulders at ***.I accept full responsibility for any confusion on the payments [redacted] and I have since spoken about this issue of payments and I told her I was sorry about the confusion.I hope you enjoy your beautiful new landscape and rockwall.Sincerely, Jud S [redacted]
