I placed an order on January 9, 2016 and I am still waiting on my order. I have not received any shipping confirmation and when I called the company today, there was a message from a man saying he will be out for 2 weeks, but his assistant will return my call. No such thing occured and I am still wondering when I can expect my order. Apparently, they did not hesitate to take their payment but they see no necessity to let me know when I can expect my order. I have even tried to email this company and of course no reply.

I did contact you two weeks after receiving the clogs both in person and using the link on your website. I asked if I could return them to you and you said my only option was sending them to the national service center. I expressed my frustation in not being able to return a new pair of clogs for replacement. You said it was Bastad's Policy as I understood it. I left for vacation that following Friday and to date have not been able to send them off to the service center. I am an RN that has worn BASTAD clogs for nearly 20 years and have bought many pairs of clogs from you over the years.

I am posting to the Revdex.com because I wish I had known that I was using a company that did not honor their products against defects. I didn't have $100 to spend on clogs when I bought them and I definately didn't have $100 to spend on clogs I wouldn't be able to wear for an indefinate period of time. I believe that potential buyers should know this. I have no ill feelings toward you or your company.

I purchased a pair of clogs from them. When they came I found that they were too small. I sent an email and was emailed back immediately telling me how to return them. I said I would like to try a different style, they had the new pair on the way to me within an hour! They didn't even wait to get the first pair back. I am happy with the second pair and would do business with them again.

I had a terrific experience with Superior Clogs. The morning after I submitted my order, the owner called (Called Me, rather than email me!) me to tell me that the national distributor for Troentorp was awaiting a shipment, and that it would take perhaps two weeks or so to fill my order - and that if I didn't want to wait, he'd understand. I happen to know that everyone else who carries the clog I wanted was also out of them and awaiting the shipment, but I appreciated the immediate heads up. He then called me when they arrived, and told me he'd ship them out the next day and when to expect them (I could also track them online). They arrived the day he said they would. I've worked in retail and in business where I did special orders myself, so I appreciate the kind of personal touch one hopes to find in a good bricks and mortar store online. I would definitely do business with them again.

I didn't have time to send them to be repaired because I was leaving for vacation. I had other more pressing things to do before I left and I was vague on the process since you only gave me an address. I had misplaced the address for the service center and planned on getting it from you. That's how I stumbled on your association with the Revdex.com. I need to replace the clogs. I purchased new clogs because my old ones were worn out and hurt my feet. I don't think your snide comments are helpful. If you had left things as they were when you agreed to a refund, I would have viewed this as a more positive experience.

It was an absolute pleasure conducting business with this company. I ordered a pair of clogs and upon receipt found them small. I contacted [redacted] and informed him of this, he also answered my questions regarding a style change or different size. He informed me that he would send the next size out immediately before I even returned the small pair. I understand that I will my pair in the next few days. Thanks for bringing a small business feel to the giant world wide web, it is must appreciated.
