I WOULD LIKE A CHANCE TO REPLY TO THE ALL PARTS OF THIS COMPLANTtHE FIRST DELAY WAS BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER WANTED AN UP GRADED BUMPER THAT IS ONLY AVIALABLE IN GERMANY AND IT REQUIRED A PREPAMENT TRIPLE THE COST OF THE REPLACEMENT BUMPERTHEY DID NOT WANT TO PAY THE DIFFERENCEnOR DID THEY WANT TO
WAIT THE WEEKS IT WOULD TAKE FOR THE BUMPER TO COME IN THAT TOOK THEM TWO WEEKS TO DESIDE WHAT THEY WANTED TO DO THEY FINALLY DESIDED to go with the bumper the insurance company was paying for then it had to be orderedThe part that was a prepay was not on the insurance estimate and it was required to purchase and it had to be orderedThere was an additional $plus in repairs that was not part of the insurance claimThe car has been in a previous accident and was poorly repairedEvery delay to the car was because they add more work to the car that delayed the work

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I spoke to Jimmie today on 2/8/17 at 11:31 AM to give in depth details about my previous written complaint.  I understand that there were some delays on my end as a customer, however, that at the most set you guys back 1 week.  I never voiced any frustration with any time delays until the end of December when it was approaching 8 weeks in delays rather than the 3-4 weeks it would've taken to complete the job.    On Wednesday February 1st, I requested that Jimmy take my car to the [redacted] dealership to have a supplement done.  He told me he would take it that day. I called Thursday, and he told me that they were buffing my car and getting it to look right.  I even offered on multiple occasions to drop by and take it to the [redacted] dealership myself, even though it is .1 miles from his shop. He then told me that he'd drop it off the next morning.  I then called Friday morning at 10 AM to see the car has been taken to [redacted] yet. He informed me that they had a paint representative that day and that they were still working on buffing my car and that some of the guys are learning how correct techniques to buff and polish the car.  He said it'd just take another hour.  I then called again at 12:30.  He informed me that they were just finishing up and that they'd take my car over soon.  I tried to be really understanding, so I thought I'd give him a little more time. I then called at 2:00 PM and they were still "buffing and polishing" my car. I then informed him that over 4 hours have passed, and that he has just given me the same excuse over and over again. I told him that it was very unprofessional, and that they shouldn't use my car as a learning tool. They were delaying and wasting my time. He then told me that he'd take it right away and hung up on me.   At 2:30 PM I was notified by [redacted] that my car had arrived.  He said told me that my car was not used as a learning tool, and that it was a misunderstanding. Well, regardless if my car was used a learning tool or not, it does not excuse him to wait almost 3 days to move my car one block down the street and continuously giving me bogus time frames.   I mentioned the large gaps in between the headlamps as well as the rear when putting the panels back. You can clearly see that they are at least 4-5X larger than they should. I have an untrained eye and even noticed it.  I compared it to the right side of my car that did not have any work done. He told me that cars will always have something wrong with it and that if he looked at a car that [redacted] from [redacted] worked on he could make a list too. Yes, while its normal that a car may have flaws, there is a line between a simple flaw and crappy workmanship.  At this point in the conversation, I told him I was just really unhappy with how this whole situation has unfolded over the last few months with the bogus time frames as well as how I was spoken to and treated as a customer. He then told me that everything that was delayed is my fault.  He then said, I don't want you to ever come back and then hung up the phone on me.  I immediately called back right away and an associate answered the phone. I then asked to speak with Jimmie.  Jimmie told me that he was working with a customer at the time and that he can not talk. I then asked when an appropriate time was to call him back.  He told me 4pm.It is now 4:55 PM. I have tried to contact him 2 times and left a message with Ron.I also spoke to my adjuster today, [redacted], and he verified some of my concerns.Such as, the back tail light was cracked and it was not ever noted of being cracked when it came in.  That means they cracked it when they took the rear panels apart.  The car was not completely buffed and polished. It would have to be completed.  Also the driver side rear panel was painted and the color did not match the rest of the car. He also mentioned to me that there were little paint bumps, but that it could be taken off when polished. He said that its possible, but it may have to be redone if it doesn't come off when buffed. Everything that has been done and worked on in my car has been [redacted]. I honestly think that perhaps his workers are not as skilled or certified as he claims.  I have had 3 professionals look at my car including the Adjuster [redacted], [redacted] Technician [redacted], as well as another [redacted] Employee [redacted]. I would like a partial refund, as per my previous request. I am going to use this money to have the car taken apart and put back together, as well as getting the car repainted in the areas that do not match.  If Jimmie does not want to write me a check for the partial refund, then I can have the work done at [redacted] and have his body shop billed for it. I am not trying to get any extra money, I just want the car to be worked on correctly. At this moment, it is not worth it anymore to talk about how much time as passed, but more constructive to focus on how we can move forward. [redacted] [redacted]
Regards,[redacted]
