I am a previous customer of the Pensacola, Fl [redacted] store, which until recently was owned by Aaron's During that time period, I had purchased a television on the rent to own program After having the tv for a few months, I was moving out of state and called the store to make arrangements to have the tv picked up No one ever showed up to pick up the tv, and I was given several excuses as to why they weren't able to make it out This went on for about three weeks The day before I was leaving, I called the store again and told them they had to come out that day because I was leaving at a.mthe next morning They never showed up So the following day I called them again and gave them the number and name of the person still living at the house so they could make arrangements to pick up the tv It took another three weeks for them to finally pick it up In this time frame, they decided to falsely accuse me of theft and fraud and filed charges against me Now mind you, this was in I just recently found out about the charges and have been trying to get the matter resolved I even have a receipt from the store showing that the merchandise was returned Myself and my wife have made multiple attempts to contact the store to which the manager Steve tells us that it is not his F [redacted] problem and he is not going to do anything about itWe have also made several attempts to contact the corporate office, but have not been able to get any resolution with them either We have spoken to several people from corporate who say let me check into this and I will call you back tomorrow Well after several weeks of this, we have not heard back from anyone, and since I now have a felony warrant out for my arrest, I am not able to perform my job at work, which is done on military bases I am at a point where my only choice is to contact an attorney and file suit against them I would never suggest doing business with Aaron's or any of it's other stores

The is for Store: BUTTE [redacted] / XXX-XXX-XXXX The staff is pushy and difficult to work withYou have to call the company's main phone number to pay on your principle as the store will tell you it's not possibleLots of items I didn't order were on my original invoices and I had to fight with them for weeks to get them to correct it so we were paying the right amount Local furniture stores in town now have the EXACT same financing as Aarons does so there is absolutely NO reason to buy your furniture here

I need on your side help I rented a bed from Aarons and I was a little behind on a payment because of the holidays I was on the phone with my sick uncle when one of the workers name José from Aarons came to the door it was pm at night it's just me and my year old son at home I had just got out the shower he was laying in bed watching TV so I went to the store told him to hold on I guess I was taking too long for him so he started kicking my door I went to the door me and my child was so afraid I open the door and told him I was going to call the police he said go head they can't do anything my baby was leaning on the door he kick the door and now my year old son have a [redacted] eye he kicked my rug over I had my house key under the run I don't know if he took it or not my door is broke and called me a ***

I live in New Jersey and have been dealing with Aaron's for yearsI recently got injured at work and was unable to pay I do understand that if you don't pay that they will come and get your itemsI clearly understand but when the company starts to call your job and keep calling and hanging up that become a problem not only am I injured now I got fired because someone wanted to keep calling my job over a conversion that had already ended and they got mad and wanted to yell at me because I was unable to pay and told them to come get itshe still wanted to play on the phone at my ex job

What to say that Aaron in Burlington Iowa is not a very understanding place to have people get stuff cause my husband and daughter was in a very bad motorcycle accident I called and talk to Jake store manger and he said that I could keep my stuff just pay what I could each month until I could go back to work then on 8-19-Jake came to my house and told me I had to come up with hundred dollars on the 3of September to keep all my stuff then on 8-22-he called my husband and said they are coming to get my stuff in Friday ur employees and management needs to stop lying to there customers I am going to tell all my friends and family that has stuff through Aaron to let it all go back and go somewhere else to rent there stuff

I have been going to Aaron's for year's just paid off two of my items and was working on two more,But just recently I have had problems with some of the employees well one of the employees,He is rude, and can be smart with the customer's with out you really knowing it,And it sad to say someone in a business like Aaron's to have a rude person like him,But I will say I am taking my business elsewhere

I recently visited the store on a Saturday afternoon and wasn't greeted by anyoneThe store appeared filthy and out of order, furniture thrown in a corner and very darkI approached the counter and spoke to a Chrissy to ask for help looking for a productShe acted like I put her out for having to help meI left the store and bought furniture at a competitorI then placed an order online for a washer and dryerAccording to the communication from the website which I have screenshots, said that I would receive a call from the store within 2-business days to setup deliveryI waited and called the evening of the 2nd business day to see what the process wasI talked to Shamika who was very unprofessional at the leastI feel as if she treated me like I owed her moneyI am a new account who just talked to her for the first timeWhen I asked for corporate number she put me on hold for about minutes and got back on and rattled the number off, not one time did she ask if she could help with anything or to see if she could understand the issueShe then came back with " So do you want to hold off on scheduling delivery until you talk to corporate", I then asked what did that have to do with the scheduling of my productWe then scheduled delivery for the following dayWhen the washer and dryer arrived the delivery guy Evan ( who was actually very good and kind) told me that there was no hoses because they were out and had been for a few daysNobody told me this, and Shamika never mentionedI then had to leave and go buy hoses to have my washer hooked upThis whole experience has been horrible and very unprofessionalI am very displeased and hope someone will at least take responsibility and contact meI will hold off on sharing to social media to see what happensI work in a business professional environment and this was very upsetting

I leased a bedroom set from Aaron's a few months agoI'm twenty and got my first apartment and obviously had nothing to my nameI literally tried every other avenue except for Aaron's before I had to go to them because I heard about how bad it was, but being so young and having no family and no credit, I had no other choice Right away I wasn't able to make the paymentsI called and setup an arrangement the first few timesAfter that my car was totaled and I had to pay thousands of dollars to get a new one My car payments, cell phone bill, rent, everything was put on holdI contacted Aaron's and said I couldn't pay for 3-weeks and they told me I was SOL and that I was stealing the merchandise Today while I was working (I work from home, my desk is right in front of my window which was open) some reps came by from Aaron's to take the merchandise They said it was stolen and they would call the police to escort them into my apartment if I didn't let them inI was working as I do and was on the phone with one of my customers at the timeI clock in and out of my job and my lunch wasn't for another hour and a half I told them I would get in major trouble for leaving my desk during my work hoursMy manager would see my activity on my trace report and I would get disciplinary action They stood outside my window harassing me, calling me a thief, a petty "white girl" and started looking in my windows noting all of my other expensive possessions like my computers that I use for work saying I had some "pretty nice expensive Mac computers" and that they "didn't understand why I couldn't afford to pay them" (Obviously not my own computers my company gave them to me for work) They banged on my Windows and banged on my door loudly, repeatedly and tried yelling at me through the window even though I could clearly see them I was on the verge of tears trying to continue working and trying to negotiate with them by opening my window They said they weren't leaving until they got the items I had to work with them outside of my window for over an hour before I could let them inAll the while while their store manager who wasn't there was texting me threatening me to let them in or else It was so embarrassing and awfulEventually I put my customer on hold, opened the door and let them into the bedroom to seize the things while I had to get back on the phone They dumped all my things across the floor and took the bedroom setI think they were embarrassed themselves when they came into my apartment they saw I had NO other furniture except the bedroom set I got from them The only nice thing about it was getting a text from one of the reps later who said, "Keep your head up."

The Aarons where I'm from l the workers are extremely rude and unprofessional as well as the managerthey take forever to come get there stuff and call non stop with threatsI will never do business with them again
