Superior Comfort Systems

The owner of Superior Comfort Systems has been literally the worst business owner I have ever dealt with. He repeatedly said that if we needed anything to call or text him. Well, we did REPEATEDLY with no answer. He did not finish installation, he did not get the inspection done, and frankly, he did not complete the service that he promised. We paid $14000.00 for a furnace that took him over 2 months to finally complete and do the inspection (after my husband called the city inspector of course), he tore up the carpet in my sons' room which he said he would replace (still has not happened), and did not make the crawl space access the size it needed to be per code (my husband fixed this). Once Mr. C received his payment from us, he acted like we no longer existed, but at least he got his money! Worst service ever! I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone.
