Had work done on a roofDavid S [redacted] , the owner said that my roof didn't need to be replaced and that He could repair the damage made from a tree and that the roof had more years left So he charged me $and put metal on an area that wasn't even close to the reported area that had a leak The repair did not even last through one rainfall before the leak became present again and his work did nothing to fix the problem He documented that he would return me a $check to refund me after all his expenses were done to help satisfy me I have never received a check to date nor did I expect that he wouldHe was very unprofessional to say the least Used very foul language on site in front of the young family that needed the repair made Upon inspection it was clear from several estimates that the roof did need to be replaced His quote was $with applying credit for the repairs he had made I got it completely done by a reputable company for $After several estimates his was by far the highest estimate given to me A friend recommended him I told my friend what he did so he would not recommend him to anyone else

So he charged me $595.00 and put metal on an area that wasn't even close to the reported area that had a leak. The repair did not even last through one rainfall before the leak became present again and his work did nothing to fix the problem. He documented that he would return me a $60 check to refund me after all his expenses were done to help satisfy me. I have never received a check to date nor did I expect that he would. He was very unprofessional to say the least. Used very foul language on site in front of the young family that needed the repair made. Upon inspection it was clear from several estimates that the roof did need to be replaced. His quote was $5500 with applying credit for the repairs he had made. I got it completely done by a reputable company for $2500.00. After several estimates his was by far the highest estimate given to me. A friend recommended him. I told my friend what he did so he would not recommend him to anyone else.
