This company began working in my home August 2019 to repair damaged caused by Hurricane Irma. This company sent in a worker to make the necessary repairs, but not one of the projects have been completed. My home continues to plastic hanging from the ceilings, electrical wiring exposed from the ceiling as well as repairs that were never touched. This is all a major inconvenience for my daughter and I, but the kicker is the funds they have received are Red Cross finds for victims of Irma. This guy has received the entire payment for services without completing 1 portion of the job he agreed to perform.

Finish the job He need to surrender the funds to the Red Cross so that I may have a reputable repairman do the work.

The customer's home was damaged from Hurricane Irma. Red Cross was helping the customer and we came to give an estimate. We started the work but the customer wanted to change the work that was orginally agreed on. In order to give the customer what they wanted a permit had to be pulled which took a long time. We completed the rest of the work that was supposed to be done and Red Cross signed off on the job as completed.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
The company has completed satisfactory adjustments to their original repairs. When David learned through the agency I was not satisfied with the craftsmanship, he was willing to inspect the work and redo agreed upon components.
