I received a letter stating that I had won $3,900, and in the letter it ask for a $processing fee This is an FTC violation: one cannot ask or rquest money in order to send or award money They do however ask if you do not want to send money then mail to the address on the reverse of the letter And of course there is no address on the reverse of the letter
