I hired *** to power wash the deck After spending less then an hour on my deck he told me the stain was really tough to get off so the best thing to do was to let it sit through the winter and then he would come back in the spring and finish I paid him $*** based on the guarantee he would be back in the spring to finish the power washing I called and he is now telling me I need to pay another $*** to have my deck power washed again I have a bid for $*** to power wash my deck not $*** The job is not finished and I have pictures that clearly show the job was never done
