Review: The reupholstering and plastic slip cover was done very badly. The material was sewn with black thread which is glaringly viewable and the material is pulling at the seams. Also the sections on the furniture were separated by attached piping and now the piping is loose and not attached. Thirdly, they used two different patterns of material on the furniture seats. They sewed the seat cushions badly and used black zippers which get stuck on the material. The cushioning on the backrest and armrests the furniture as well as the seat cushions are inadequate. The backrests and armrests on the furniture are almost flat, when before they were full and clearly separated sections. The seat cushions are improperly made and do not fit the on the furniture. Lastly the plastic slip covers are grossly oversized and ill fitting. The plastic bulks everywhere even when we try to tuck it into the corners. I spoke with the [redacted] who was rude, disrespectful and used foul language and cursed at me despite me speaking with him in a professional and respectful manner. I have called all the numbers on which they contacted me and left several messages and no one has contacted me.Desired Settlement: I would like the reupholstering, cushioning, and plastic slip cover redone.
