 The piece was never returned. He is speaking about thedehumidifying drain outlet (which had a plug when it was returned, though they did leave off the screw base for the hose - but not a big deal - I never use dehumidify mode and duct tape would seal a hose to it enough to get it to work). However, the part(s) I am talking about are are part of the Bottom Tray Drain Outlet, as I've explained, I don't even know how many times, anymore. It is the tray that collects the water pulled from the air. If there is no plug, the water just falls out of the back. I tried explaining this to him, and to his tech, I can't even remember how many times, and here, yet again, I am explaining this. I understand human error. Which is why I literally gave them 2+ weeks to rectify. However, the tech never answered when I called/left him voice mails (I did so every other day). And when he wouldn't return the call, I would call the office, of which this guy would tell me to call the tech! When the tech did finally bring the pieces, he dropped them on the porch and didn't even check to make sure they were the right ones. If he had called while on his way, I could have been there to get the parts and have him make sure he got the RIGHT parts instead of dropping off a handful or random plugs that probably belong to someone else's A/C unit. The biggest issues I have are the fact that they didn't even FIX the unit they were supposed to have fixed, it still leaks, even after I got a plug sent directly from the manufacturer (and it still took less time and they knew right away what part I needed) and the general business practices of this company.

We repair this customers dishwasher and it broke again the warranty company sent a different company out to repair it and they damaged the counter top not us this is a lie.On 7/24/17 the customers girlfriend called us 5 times calling us a [redacted] [redacted] for something we didnt do then the boyfriend...

called and threaten are lifes asking for our address the terrorized the whole office . these people are very mentally unstable and dangerous we called the mckessport police and filed a report.The bottom line is another company went out not us and they called us to attck us for something we didnt do. the crm # that was canceled with our company is [redacted] and and can call the warranty department and give them the number provided to find out it was NOT our company...dangerous and mentally unstable people Stay away from them

Revdex.com:The part that they forgot was the stopper for the water tank on the bottom of the A/C, making it unusable as it would leak all over. I could have dealt with it if it were just the hose attachment. I also called them several times because they kept telling me to call the tech, which I did. And the tech would never return my calls after 2+ days. It took them nearly 2 weeks to return said part, and they didn't even give me the proper part. They dropped off a whole handful of random plugs, of which don't belong to my A/C so some other poor sap is probably in the same boat as me. I called frigidaire and it took them 7 days to get the proper part to me. Now that I have the plug, no thanks to Superior Electronics, I can use the A/C. However, it still leaks from the original problem so it's basically useless.

Tell us why here...at this time of year we repair 300 units a week and it is hard to come next day like some customers would like,this customer had a lemon product that couldn't be fixed and because we wanted to take care of the issue we refuneded there money in full.

First off the customer has a plug because we delivered it back to her and the plug was just forgotten it was a human mistake that this customer wants to crucify us for .ALL she had to do was to hook a hose up the unit cools perfectly thats what we fixed it for.The plug was delvered to her when we were in the area 4 days later.If it was that important to her she could of drove her to our shop and picked it up. She was emotionally abusive to my whole staff OVER A PLUG that has nothing to do with the unit cooling it only has to do with water drainage.This is really unbelievable over a simple pulg.I sure hope no one in her life or family forgets something or makes a human error because she will torture them

Please whatever you do don't use Superior Electronics for anything... The service manager (Dan M[redacted]) was/is a complete @#$%! The tech was sent by Sharp to repair my TV, but the repair didn't fix the issue, so I paid the $129, but still have a broken TV. I waited around all day yesterday as he made the appointment weeks ago, but he never showed or called. Spoke to the service manager this morning and he was one of the most unprofessional people I've ever had to displeasure deal with. Without a refund a Lawsuit will follow. Good Luck!

Superior Electronics was the repair company chosen by my extended warranty company to service our 4 year old washer. It took them 9 days from the initial claim to schedule a service date. The repairman was scheduled to be at the house in the early am and arrived after lunch. He was here 10 minutes and said the washer needed a parts and they would call when they were received to schedule. I called for 11 days and was told that the "parts are ordered and we will call you when they are in - don't know what you expect us to do." as part of my daily ritual on the 12th day after the service visit, I called again and was told - "we can't get the parts - they were never ordered. Call your warranty company. we are doing the best we can ma'am!" and hung up on me. They lied to me for 11 days and it has been a month of chaos without a washer for our active family. Still no resolution. If you hear their name, request another company to service whatever your repair is.

Review: Superior Electronics began working on my refrigerator on July 21, 2016. They diagnosed the refrigerator fan was no good and the computer board was bad and not sending information to tell freezer and refrigerator to cool/freeze. They had to order parts and the parts came in on 8/1/2016 and set up for coming to fix appliance on Saturday 8/6/2016 but they were a no show because they said someone dialed my number incorrectly and they could not reach me. I called all day Saturday and Sunday 8/6-8/7 to no avail. I finally reached someone on Monday 8/8/2016 and they came out that afternoon and fixed the refrigerator. The appliance worked for a few hours after they basically rebuilt my refrigerator that was purchased from Home Depot. The said appliance is not working again and Superior Electronics say they cannot come back to my home until Friday 8/12/2016 to fix again the broken refrigerator.Desired Settlement: I want the refrigerator fixed and I want my money back for the labor that was done on the appliance.

Review: On June *, 2013 our Panasonic television stopped working suddenly. The television was brought that day to Superior Electronics who stated that it would take four days to receive the part necessary for fixing the televison plus an additional day to install the part. Superior electronics was contacted repeatedly by us without receiving calls back once the five days had elapsed. On June **, 2013 we finally were notified that according to them that the wrong part had been delivered but that a rush was put on delivery of the new part and that it would arrive in one day. Again we were not contacted for several days, and upon us contacting Superior electonics and starting to question they were rude and not helpful. It is now July *, 2013. This business says the part is on backorder at Panasonic, and the part will be in on July **, 2013. We contacted Panasonic who stated they had the part in house now. When we informed this so called business Panasonic had the part in house currently and that it was not on backorder they did not have an explanation and maintain that the part will not be in until July **. That will be a month and a half after bringing the television in, when we were told it would take 4-5 days. Upon questioning this their standard response has been "what do you want me to do .. its on backorder". Or upon questioning their lack of communication "what do you want a phone call saying the part still isn't in?" This is not only rude, but ignorant in that yes if you run a business and are not delivering a service for whatever reason you should in fact notify the customer and let them know. I have since researched this company and have found many negative reviews pertaing to their service and customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like my television back fixed. It is less than two years old.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Superior Electronics Co. regarding complaint ID [redacted]. The business never acknowledged that a complaint was made. We were promised the television on July [redacted] for the final time and it still took until July [redacted] to receive it. There was not any acknowledgement on the business' part that they did not make good on there original promise. It took a total of 49 days to receive our television when we were told five days when we brought it in. We would never use this company again nor would we recommend them to anybody else. This was a very disappointing experience not only in how long it took to have our television fixed but in their general attitude and awful customer service.

This company is a total sham. I have been trying to get a dishwasher repaired that is less than a year old since the 14th of December. The warranty company sent these people.
1. It took 6 weeks for the parts to come in. No one even came out to diagnose the problem. Finally came to repair it and repairman was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. Was asking alot of personal questions. I'm glad my husband was home.
2. The so called repairman was a no call no show 3 times.
3. He told the manufacturer that he replaced parts that were not. I smell fraud.
4. Had to get the repairman to once again come out and guess what he was a no call no show 2 times this week. I am having the manufacturer to replace this piece if junk.

Review: In December of 2012, I was approached by a gentleman from Superior Electronics about different cable packages. I was told I would receive a $35 gift card after installation of Direct Tv. I had Direct tv installed in January of 2013. After waiting awhile. I called Direct Tv's customer service in late February or early March, and finally reached someone that told me I should have been getting a $100 card but to give it a few more weeks. I called back May 30, and after finally getting through to someone, they told me it was the responsibility of Superior Electronics. I called there and spoke with the owner, [redacted] and explained the situation to him. He told me that offer came from [redacted] that was no longer with them, it wasn't his responsibility and I would not be getting the gift card. I responded, "How convenient." I told him I would stand outside with a sign to show people how irresponsible his business was and he told me to do whatever I wanted and hung up. I believe the gentleman who sold me the Direct Tv package was respresenting Superior Electronics and they obviously received compensation from Direct Tv and the owner should be held responsible for an employee's offer.Desired Settlement: I would like the Visa gift card I was promised when His employee signed me up.

Review: On Mar. 3 2014 I had a service call, [redacted] came out to look at my range that had an element not working. He marked on the service slip rt inner front element doesn't come on. Said he would order part, so I gave him my limited warranty information that would cover this particular part. Mar. 21, 2014 Scheduled to have him return and install part, said he would call. He called in the late evening and I could not have him there on a Fri. night when I had guests for dinner. He said he would call to reschedule, but never heard from him. I called a week later and since he is not normally in my area [redacted] came to install part. When he came it was not the element I was expecting, but a circuit board? He said [redacted] probably did not want to deal with warranty, so he ordered this part that I would have to pay for out of pocket. Even though [redacted] did not think this was the problem he installed the part anyway, when the element still did not work, he left the new part in and said no worries I will take care of this. He left the so-called new part in my range and took my perfectly good board. Said he would call warranty company and get the part. Weeks pass and I don't hear anything. I call and leave multiple messages and no one calls back. Then within 1 month of them putting this board in I get an E15 error on my cooktop(not my original problem) Now instead of being able to use most burners I can't use anything, as I can't stand the beeping. I call immediately and leave a message, as it was probably 630P or later I was in the middle of making dinner. No one calls back. I call continuously and speak with the dispatch manager who complains of being overworked and underpaid. He tells me my messages have been passed on. I leave messages in the office and on [redacted]'s phone no one returns my calls.Desired Settlement: I want my range repaired the E15 error that I feel they caused! I want reimbursed for the initial service call of $90.10 and I want them to use the warranty company to pay for the bad element in my range.Seems to me they put a bad board in my range and used my good board to fix another customers. They now want me to pay for a new board and the element, as they refuse to utilize the warranty company.

The Board that was installed was Bad along with a bruner.The Burner was covered under some special warranty company that we never heard of,so we told the customer to get te burner from there warranty company and we would come back and install the burner for them.At this piont we asked for payment for the service and the main board and the customer REFUSED TO PAY Until we installed the burner,We informed the customer that if they didnt pay for the board that WAS BAD we could not come back and install the burner,To this Day they still didnt NOT get the burner that Only the can get from there warranty company,Now they said they main board went bad again and want us to replace the board they NEVER PAID FOR in the first place.

I have explained to them that the warranty company requires the technician to call and get confirmation to order part. When I called for service, my cooktop worked except the inner burner on right side, since they put in a board nothing works? Why would I pay for them? They refuse to come and see if something is loose and they refuse to call the warranty company. The reason I called them is due to the fact that they are Electrolux certified and the warranty is only valid with a certified technician. We have requested the name and number of the owner of the company and they refuse to give out that information as well.

I have attached the original repair slip, it is hard to read but says 1 rt frt inner element. The initial service call amount on top of $90.10, which was paid. Below which was written on the second service call is the balance to be paid once an element was installed. This was after he replaced the circuit board and said I would not be responsible to pay, as it was not the problem. If I was going to have to pay for it, I am sure he would have collected the money at that time, not wait until I issue a complaint with the Revdex.com.

I have also attached a copy of my parts warranty that clearly states: notify the authorized service contractor who will contact [redacted] to request authorization number to proceed with replacement. I have called them twice and they continue to tell me that the service technician needs to call.

As you can see, they will not follow the warranty which requires the technician to call. I refuse to pay for a board that does not work and caused more problems than what they were called to fix. The warranty company they have to get the burner from is a company we do not deal with and they would have to get the burner from them and then we can install the burner for the price we gave them.

We did call this warranty company back in march and they wanted us to send a bill to them for the part which we did and they still have NOT PAID us for the burner.Once they pay for the burner we can order it and install it.Or the customer can get the burner This is not hard either the customer gets the burner from there warranty companby or the warranty company has to pay us for the burner up front and we will order the burner.

Review: This company is an authorized [redacted] partner. We signed up for [redacted] services through Superior Electronics in July. The sales rep [redacted], promised us lower prices than we were currently paying through [redacted]. He stated we would be paying $144 for the [redacted] internet and a "free" home security system. This has not been true for any of the bills we've received since July. We are now paying [redacted] $145, [redacted] $40 and the [redacted] $41. We have contacted [redacted] numerous times only to get the run around or empty promises of a gift card being sent in the mail. The last attempt to contact [redacted] has gone unanswered after a promise that this issue was being handed over to another [redacted] representative. I have read online reviews that lead me to believe we are not the only ones being scammed by this business.Desired Settlement: I would like to recieve a refund for all the costs I have incurred due to the false pricing I was quoted, as well as all future bills to be corrected to the promised amount.

I had to use Superior Electronics twice because of a warrenty I purchased through [redacted]. Both times they were a no show, they never called and said they were not coming and I waited all day.
I do no recommend this company.

Review: On July 22, 2013 I cld have my dryer repaired & lady sd the guy would be out on July 24th take a look at it. I cld on Wed 24th make sure the tech was coming out & lady said he would be to call him direct to make sure.I clled tech & he said, I can't come out today but I can come out on Fri,July 26th.On Frid, July 26th techn came out & look at dryer but never took a tool out of his box or opened up the dryer.He spoke to my husband on phone& sd I know what problem is & I will call you Mon to give you an estimate of the part. July 29th came & no phone call.I finally called the office on Tues,July 30th & the guy said I was busy &today was the 1st day I had a chance to look up the part in the office. He later called my husband that night and my husband authorized the part. On August 13th, with no word of what was going on I called the office again and spoke with a guy who said that the parts were on back order and should take 5 days as they were just shipped. I asked for part of service fee be refunded& he sd he would let me know. I then cld office again on Aug 15th& sw the same guy to check on the part & asked him about the refund & he transfrd me owner/manager. I sw him & asked about refund & why it was taking so long for part be on back order. He was so rude to me he acted as though it was my fault& stated that everyone thinks they need something for free & consumers don't want pay for anything & went on the parts were on backorder for 2 weeks & he didnt hv time call,"200consumers a week let know parts are on backorder." He did agree refund me some of the service charge & sd a service tech be there Frid, Aug 16th.The tech came said he fixd the dryer as soon as he left I put load dryer & didnt work. We cld him & sd he wld be there 1 day next week. Came again on Aug 21st& sd needed anther part but fxdit we could use it. He left & it didnt work. After being frustrated & going to laundromat, my husband fixed it himself Aug 24th. Tech cd Sept 5th saying coming fix dryer I sd already fixed 5 weeks ltr.Desired Settlement: I feel that as a consumer that an apology is needed for they way we were treated and so that other consumers are informed of how long this repair issue took and we ended up fixing the dryer ourselves. I was appalled how the manger/owner treated me. He was very disrespectful. I was actually shaking when I got off the phone with him.

We had a service call for this customer on 7/24/2013 for there Samsung dryer she was given a estimate which she approved on 8/2/2013 we had to order a thermostat sensor and a temperature relay 2 separate parts the thermostat sensor was on backorder with no E.T.A. We did inform the customer of this But that wasn't good enough for them they called every day from august 10th forward.The tech did inform him that the thermostat sensor could be bypassed but and the unit will work But it is Not safe to by pass the sensor and could cause a optional fire hazard The manufacture would NEVER allow us to do something like this.This customer pushed and pushed until one of the techs told him how to do it to get his dryer to work.

Review: To whom it may concern, IT is now going on 5 months since I don't have an ice maker! I already have a case against [redacted],in Greensburg pa, who refuses to produce a physical copy of my extended warranty and is now in bed with superior electronics. Numerous phone calls, conversations and cancellations, always an excuse !!! The parts, so they say, are consistently sent wrong or they cannot make it because something always comes up!! How is it that as a consumer I have no rights to ask for a copy of a warranty or ask for service of a timely fashion, it seems to me superior electronics is an incompetent service company if it takes them months to try and repair an ice maker!!! It clearly seems to me that they are not capable of realizing my frustration and in no manor cares about my situation!!!! I am asking my for refrigerator be deemed not repairable and my money be refunded, as so said in the ghost warranty, be returned!! [redacted] tells me its not their problem and then tell me they sold my warranty to superior electronics who they did not know existed if not for me ,mmmm seems a bit odd since I took it upon myself to contact superior in 2012 when the ice maker broke the first time and the fact that almost perfect sent a repairman who did not work for superior three times to my house in two months before the repairman finally stated he had no idea what he was doing and for me to call the repair company who fixed it in 2012 which I in turn did !! Review: I paid this company $133.75 for a service call the product was a [redacted] refrigerator. [redacted] extended the warranty for 30 days. I was told from [redacted] at superior electronic the would rip up the check they inturn deposited the check and caused a ins charge from my bank for a charge of 36.00 in which resulted in financial difficulty to me. After numerous call I received a check for 125.00 not the original 133.75 I was suppose to receive. I sent copies of my bill and bank charge that I have been charged but I have not been reimbursed this has been going on since November 2013. They were not charge anything my bank paid my charge for when the technician came to my house was $133.75 it is not my fault that he paid charge me tax when he shouldn't have. Also they told me they were going to rip up the check they were getting reinburse from [redacted] which the did they were never suppose to cash it and there is nothing about tax being refundablerefundable

She was not refuned the PA SALES TAX...Sales Tax is NON-REFINDABLE and she Bounced a check on us that mean we had to pay the $36.00 bounce check fee.

Superior electronic had the check from Oct 21 . Since [redacted] extended the warranty for 30 days the service was covered under the warranty. Since [redacted] agreed to reinburse me for the refrigerator and I was not getting it fixed or wasting time getting parts I spoke with [redacted] at Superior electronic he told me they would either rip up the check or send it back . I said rip it up. Believing that the did rip it up I was charge ins funds because superior did get paid from [redacted] they should have never cased my check. There seems to be a communication problem with the staff.

You seem not to have any of your facts right. In fact there arr many lies in your response. Get your facts right before your start shooting off your mouth. The refrigerator warranty was extended on the day of service ten minutes after your incompetant servcie man left. I was on the phone witth [redacted]. Mayby you need to hire mor compentant people the second guy [redacted] ride around all day with hs wife and why she cam into my house without my per mission I could go on all day about how lousy this company is The money in question is the INS charget that I was charged And first of all the account is good and is still good my bank did not give you any information regarding my personal account in fact it is a law they are not giving any information out to people They chcekc was not bab if you would have ripped it up because yopu did get paid from [redacted] Its called double dipping. This Customer did NOT have a warranty at the time of the service call we performed service she wrote us a check for the service out of a checking account that was "CLOSED" Which is Illegal in the United States that is called "Theft of Services".

Review: I called through another party and they scheduled this company to come to my home. They came and checked the wrong appliance and then ordered a part for something that was not even broke, nor scheduled for service, and then refused to call me back to come check the correct items to be repaired. The few times I got ahold of people the following happened:-told me to "be prepared to hold for a very long time,"after they hung up on me-spoke with someone and I stated that I did not want them coming back to my home, he told me he would tell the managerToday the manager hung up on me (once I got ahold of him today) and I explained that I asked that they not go to my home and he hung up on me. Alas, they did not forward the message for they showed up at my door and did not identify what company they were with, nor left a receipt of repair but a family member recognized him from the previous "wrong repair"Desired Settlement: I would like someone to do something about this place for they are immature, ignorant, and do not know how to run a buisness.

The Tech arrived at the customers Home for extended warranty repair Dispatch for a Refrigerator He look at the fridge and determined the parts it needed before he left the home the women's teenage Daughter said that the Dryer also needed looked at so The tech Look at what the teenage daughter asked him to look at Later we found out that it was the Dishwasher that needed looked at That is NOT what we where told by the teenage Daughter.We also only had 1 work order for the fridge nothing else.then the customer wanted us to come back in her home when her 14 year old daughter was the only one home we informed her that the person in the home must be 18 years of age or older at that point the customer went Nuts Swearing at us and calling us names at that point the call was terminated.

In regards to the letter dated 7/18/2013 and Superior electronics response I would like to make the following statements:

Superior Electronics never looked at the fridge, at all for this particular call.

Original call he came in and stated he was there to look at the dryer, my daughter (who is over the age of 18) stated ok, thinking I made an additional request. He did not look at the two items that I requested them to look at which was the fridge and the dishwasher.

I never asked them to come into my home when my 14 year was there I state that she was home and not the older daughter because we did not know he was coming.

After the chaos, rude behavior, and extreme unprofessionalism I called and asked them several times to not come to my home in which they did anyways.
