Dear ***,My response to the customer’s rejection is as follows:Unfortunately, the customers want Superior Exteriors to provide full frame window replacement and not pay for those services. The customer has posted negative reviews all over social media. They also still owe Superior Exteriors $This is consideration/allowance for any additional items they feel they deserve. As you can see by my history with the Revdex.com and number of complaints, that all the facts are not being clearly represented. I hope this response closes this matter

I am rejecting this response because:
We are done with this company. We have hired another company to finish the work. What they are saying needs to be done  is not correct, and our whole gutter situation continues to be ignored. We are refusing to pay the money for the unfinished job and request the complaint stays on site.  Thank you you for your help [redacted].

Dear Valued Customers, Superior Exteriors MN Inc (SE) has been in business since 2005 and has a total of two Revdex.com complaints including this complaint I’m responding to.  Mrs. [redacted] contact SE to provide them with an estimate to replace all the window in their newly purchased home.  Mr....

and Mrs. [redacted] contracted SE to install six window inserts (not full frame including new extension jams and casing around the windows).  As a special incentive, SE stated they would install 176 feet of gutter and downspouts and provided financing for their purchase.  SE installed the windows, 164 feet of gutters and gutter apron (because they didn’t have any) and 65 feet of downspouts.  A few days after the install was complete Mr. [redacted] called with a punch list of items.  1.  Windows needed to be cleaned  2. Interior stops were loose.  SE hired a window cleaning company to clean every window in their house and sent the installer back to address the interior stops.  Mr. [redacted] was not present and Mrs. [redacted] wasn’t clear on what her husband wanted addressed.  The following week SE called Mr. [redacted] with the installer present to try to schedule another time to come out. SE also explained that the previous owner had painted all the window jams with very inexpensive paint that they were not properly sanded prior to painting which resulted in paint chipping away during the install.  SE offered to send its installer out and review options to address their concerns.  Mr. [redacted] declined the offer.  I hope the customers that utilize the Revdex.com consider how long the contract has been in business, how many customers they deal with each year (SE services over 150 customers each year) and review how they respond to complaints.  If you have any additional questions, please contact me directly.   Steven [redacted] President ###-###-####
