Review: In 2011, this company installed New gutters and downspouts along with gutter guards. I have made numerous calls to the company to see if this sale still had a warranty. I did receive a call back assuring me this was still under warranty as long as there was no damage due to bad weather. I advised the gentlemen that the gutters are leaking all around my house. I did asked if the soffit was part of the job? The answer was Yes. Due to a leak by my back door the inside of my house was getting wet. I also advised [redacted], that a video was taken to help explain the p[redacted]lem. Was told it could be the glue they used or the gutter guards may be lying inside the gutters. So an appointment was made for Sunday 3/23/14 @ 10:00 am. Well, no one showed up! I called [redacted] @ 12:45, left a message to call me asap to inform me if or when someone would be arriving. No call back! My husband called the office the next day and left another message to call him. No call back! So at this time no one from this company has called nor came to my house to fix this issue. In the mean time it keeps raining and the p[redacted]lem is getting worse.Desired Settlement: At this time, I would rather have a refund for the total $760.00. If this company is not going to stand by there warranty or there word. I would rather have a refund and pay another company to fix this issue. When it comes to work on a home, anyone would expect a professional to stand by there work or product. This service was paid in full at the time of the job. NO call-No show-No trust!!
