I got the letter of complaint today and would like to tell our side.
Ms. [redacted] had a fence installed by us, she called and asked if we could put another drop rod on her gate, we explained that her quote only called for one. I got a call...

from her stating she was upset as we told her we would come out and install another one for her gate but didn't have a certain date we normally come out when we have a crew in her area. I sent one of my guys out and we installed this for her for NO charge. I called her OUT of courtesy to say my installer said her fence catches a lot of wind and if there are any more problems to let us know. She asked what we could do for the fence and I told her I would get with the installer and let her know. He actually went on Vacation a few days later and I didn't speak to him. At no time did I think her fence was about to have issues this was all out of just in case. She sent me a certified letter stating I never called her back etc. I did not hear of any issues about the concrete etc until this letter and she didn't say she was have problems with the fence,,, all of this is because I didn't call her back in a timely manner to discuss what ifs..
I emailed her stating I'm baffled at the certified letter etc... she has yet to email me anything on a time to meet as I will forward my emails to her. I looked in my Junk mail and nothing has come to me. We carry a one year warranty on our fences, we don't want anyone getting something they don't like or aren't happy with that is why we do not want people to pay until they are 100% happy. I will send all the emails I sent her.

It is unfortunate the response from Superior Fence is incomplete. All the communications I have attempted with Superior Fence are not included in their reply. I have sent three (3) certified letters and answered all of the e-mails; however, this information was not included from the business. I gave Superior Fence dates and times that I would be home for them to come inspect my fence. Most of my communications to Superior Fence have been ignored and have gone unanswered. This is the reason I sent certified letters.
As to the no charge on the drop rod, I replied to [redacted] that this was a surprise to me. They never communicated this to me until the e-mail after my complaint. I have always been willing and informed them that I would pay for the second drop rod. Once again, this communication has been ignored. I still do not know if they are holding to their no charge for the drop rod or if I will now receive an invoice because of my complain.
To date, I have still had no contact from anyone about the improvements to the gate. This must be one long vacation by their staff member.
My issues with the installation began in August. It is now almost December, and still no corrective action by Superior Fence has been planned.
I am not able to see where I can forward all my communications - e-mail and letters - on this site to the Revdex.com.
My first certified letter to Superior Fence was on October 19, 2015 because of the lack of follow up. I explained in the letter the progression of issues since the fence installation. I asked that corrections be made as soon as possible.
My certified second letter was sent on November 2, 2015. I outlined four specific items and provided an explanation to the e-mail from [redacted] dated October 26, 2015. I again asked for Superior Fence to inspect my fence and gate, create a plan of action, and to communicate with me.
My third certified letter was sent on November 10, 2015. I again expressed my frustration with the lack of communication and action by Superior Fence. I provided two dates (November 13th and 20th) that I would be home. I asked for the owners to come to my property to inspect it, inform me of their plan to fix the deficiencies. Once again, my letters have been ignored and gone unanswered.
I find the claim that I am not answering [redacted]'s e-mails just standard practice for Superior Fence. They sure got my e-mails when they wanted my business. Now that I have a complaint and want them to correct their deficiencies and poor workmanship, they just ignore my replies and claim I did not respond. I did respond. I am happy to provide all my communications to the Revdex.com to substantiate my statement.
I am still requesting a date and time to have my fence and gate inspected by Superior Fence. Friday's are my best days, but can work in other dates with advanced notice. The dates I provided to Superior Fence went unanswered. I have requested the owners come to do the inspection and inform me of their plan. I have also requested that Salesman [redacted] not return to my property. His interaction with me was unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate.
I am now requesting specific information on who issued any of their business license(s). Whether this be through the local government or professional organization. In addition, their specific license numbers. I am also now requesting specific information on who they are bonded and insured by, the contact information for these entities and any identifying numbers associated with the bond and/or license.
In all of this, I have only asked for Superior Fence to correct their deficiencies. They need to take action and correct the issues that continue today. Superior Fence needs to pay for all corrective actions. I have been more than patient in this process, but have been systematically ignored. The solution is simple, but the owners of Superior Fence are making this difficult and are resistant to ensuring their work and products are of any quality.
In addition to this complaint, I have filed a formal complaint with the Oklahoma City Public Works Director.
I once again ask that the owners of Superior Fence come to my property to inspect my fence and gate. I request they inform me of their plan and schedule corrective actions immediately.

[redacted] ( the owner ) went out and met [redacted] and she pointed out exactly what was wrong with her fence. We sent a crew out to do everything she asked to be corrected. We agree with her there was things that needed to be done to her fence. We give everyone a one year warranty on their installation of the fence. The only thing we won't cover if damage was done by others or mother nature. At this point we thought everyone was settled. We received another cert letter stating she was having issues again with loose posts. We wrote this up for a repair the day we received the letter and we always call the night before going out to a customer to inform them we will be there the next day. We are simply waiting for a job to be in that area to send the crew by then. You will see the estimate written up for repair is written up.

Superior Fence sent out a crew which reset 3 fence posts. Final determination of the corrective actions will take time to assess. For the time being, the company has addressed the deficient items.
