I bought the vehicle, Chevy Traverse, on December 11, It has been in the service department three times now and the issues are still not fixed The main issues are the gas mileage was stated on the window sticker at 17/and I am getting between 11-city and at the most 17-highway if cruise control is used If I would've known the gas mileage was that low, I would have never bought this vehicle There are rotten egg and gas smells at times when accelerating Every time it is in the shop, they claim they tested it and nothing is wrong with it Numerous people have been in the car and smelled it so it isn't just me The circulation button does not always work, which a mechanic informed me would be an electrical issue They printed off a paper stating about air conditioning, but I am using heat not air conditioning The last time they had the vehicle in service, the used car manager and the service manager guaranteed me they would fix the problems They claim th

January , I cancelled by extended warranty Filled out form with miles and signature The loan personnel Bob C [redacted] said it would take to weeks to process So I waited weeks and check back with him, he forgot about it Then he said he will send it through So I waited another couple of weeks and called [redacted] in Cleveland, OH Check with them on this matter, and say said nothing been received So I called MrC [redacted] back and he giving some sorry excuse saying, I do not know why it not going through It is March and I am still not able to cancel my extended warranty

I PURCHASED A VEHICLE (ANOTHER VEHICLE) FROM THIS BUSINESS AND I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THE WAY THE WHOLE DEAL WAS HANDLEDNOT ONLY WAS I TOLD I HAD A FINANCING DEAL AND WAS THEN CALLED AND TOLD IT FELL THROUGH, AFTER I WENT AND ACQUIRED FINANCING MYSELF THE FINANCE MGR THEN WAS UNAVAILABLE AND LEFT ME WITH UNANSWERED QUESTIONSTHIS WAS THE WORST FINANCIAL DEAL I HAVE EVER MADEI SENT MY SISTER TO THEM AFTER MY FIRST PURCHASE ALONG WITH ANOTHER PERSON AND THEY WEREN'T EXACTLY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE EITHERI THINK THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN HOW MANY DEALERSHIPS THERE ARE OUT HEREI WOULD NEVER SEND ANYONE ELSE THERE

They are horrible, some of the worst customer service and unprofessional-ism from management and finance directorsThis place shouldnt even be allowed to sell vehiclesFrom the start, the lack of consider for customer care or knowledge in selling a vehicle to the sheer attitude of the management, As if you are doing them a favor by buying a vehicle from their dealershipIt's pathetic the childish behavior this dealership towards their profession of selling automobiles Save your money and go to a reputable dealership!!!!! Two additional third party warranties were purchased at the time of purchasing a [redacted]  on 2/11/totaling $plus sales tax sold by Sunnyside HondaOn 2/18/cancellation paperwork was completed in person at the dealership to cancel both warranties and copies were provided by [redacted]  Jaclyn P***We were told the refund process would take 6-weeks and to contact back thenAfter weeks, a phone conversation was had with Jaclyn to check in on the processWe were told that everything was in process and to call back if the lienholder hadn't received anything 6-weeks after the cancellation paperwork was signedAfter weeks, without a refund a phone call was made and voicemail left with Jaclyn requesting an updateAfter another week with no response or refund, an additional voicemail was left with JaclynCalls were made to both warranty companies who responded that no cancellation paperwork had ever been received from the dealershipAfter an ad

I took my [redacted] ** to the dealership for an oil change as well as getting a firm quote to replace a part that has been found to be defective and has class action law suites against it I instructed the service department I wanted a firm quote on the replacement of this item as well as an oil change Later in the day the service department informed me that they had a technician take apart the engine to look at the item and were wiling to replace it but it now includes a service fee to inspect the item in question I never asked them to do this, I did not agree to have them do this, I did not have any indication that they were going to do this and then bill me for the service I simply asked them to let me know how much this would cost to be replaced, that is it They told me they will under no circumstances perform any work on a car without having a technician look at the item in question so that they can determine if the repair is warranted They told me that my opinio

I had had been working with a salesperson on a deal to purchase a vehicleI had via text, and amount per month payment, and the amount of taxes that were to be included into the dealAfter we AGREED upon this deal and amount, I made a deposit to hold the vehicleA few hours later, I was contacted by the Finance Manager, and was told that the tax amount was different, and they were not including them, and I would have to almost double, either out of pocket, or financed into the deal - changing the agreed upon terms and payment amountThis was not my mistake, and we had an agreed upon deal via TEXT, and via deposit madeI informed them they needed to hold up their end of the bargain, and I wanted to know WHY they I was getting different numbers hours laterI was then hung up on when I questioned them

I was sold a lease on my CR-V and told that maintenance during the lease period would be included with the leaseMy spouse witnessed the same conversationWhen I arrived for the first oil change/tire rotation I was told that maintenance was not covered and that they could find no record of such an agreement

I returned a Honda Civic (VIN [redacted] ) to Brunswick Toyota ( [redacted] ***) on May 19, According to personnel at that dealership they returned my Honda to Sunnyside Honda ( [redacted] ***) on June 6, Honda Financial Services is indicating that they did not receive the vehicle back until September 11, The lease manager at Sunnyside Honda indicated he did receive the vehicle in June and it "sat here for a long time until they picked it up" but did NOT deliver on his end to provide me with documentation of the date that the vehicle was delivered to themI spoke to the General Manager at Sunnyside Honda who said he had no knowledge of my Toyota salesman who had been calling on my behalf to obtain this paperwork, no idea what documentation I was asking for, no idea why the car would've been returned by a Toyota dealership in the first place, and no resolution for meHe said he would take a look into it and "
